Rozza Hotel

The staffs are very nice. There's a 24/7 open cafeteria on the 3rd floor where you can get coffee and hot water and tea bags at anytime. The location is between Dolmabahce palace and Hagia Sophia and walking distance to some other attractions.

The floor tiles don't go all the way to the door, so they use some material to fill up the gap which is OK. However, the surface is not smooth. You can seethe lines. The tissue holder and shower head were loose. The tours are cheap, but not quality.

Hotel is in a good location close to local transport services and the Suleymaniye mosque. Staff were friendly and welcoming; spoke fluent Arabic and good English. Can find local food at rates that weren't designed for tourists in this location as well.

Rooms could do with touching up and refurbishing. Could also do with a sign outside to show where the entrance to the hotel is from the street (it's a black gate next to the burger takeaway).

Location was average. To get a metro or tram, 8-10 minutes of walk on a very steep road was required so if you have kids, it gets more difficult

Throughout 7 days stay, only once the cleaning was performed despite of our requests. Also, the lift was terrible. We had to close the lift gate from inside using a paper card because it's magnets were not working to be closed automatically.

The location is good. Bus stops, teams, metro and other cultural venues are nearby.

The room size is small . Only a couple can accommodate with compromise. Additionally, there is a cleaner available on everyday basis but still there are bed bugs. I mean like baby bed bugs that bites and will not let you sleep peacefully sometimes. We didn't complain since we are only spending nights there for short time. It's actually expected since the location is near seaside plus humidity. But I think strict cleaning will resolve the problem

Location of the hotel is amazing 3 minutes walk to Buyuksehir Baladesi intersection makes everything within reach Taksim ahead Eminono south Laleli is west and Fatih is east

Its a basic hotel for sleep over and if you are looking for a city vacation not a hotel vacation its the perfect place

Location was good

AC is bad, although they assured that it doesn't have any issues. Only high noise but no cooling!

Not much. The only decent thing was the bed and that the AC worked.

It was a bad experience overall. They were renovating rooms during our stay, which caused noise and mess. They even made changes to our booking without our consent. Our room was dirty, and the hotel is located in a dangerous area of Istanbul—so much so that even the staff warned us. Definitely not worth the price; there are much better options in the city for what we paid.

Our check in was at 2:00pm we got the room Ready at 3:00pm when we got inside the room the ac wasn’t working so we had to wait from 3pm to 5pm to get moved to another room where the AC was working 50%

at least we had a room and got something for breakfast. first receptionist we met was friendly. about 20 minutes from the center by foot.

second receptionist didn’t brought us fresh towels, even he said he will ! He let us throw away our own trash outside of the Hotel. The room was unclean. One bed Matraze wasn't comfortable to sleep, everywhere was boblins. And the bathroom was horror. Shower was broken with only one part of the door available, so we couldn't have shower. Basin was very poor anytime could fall apart.Our room was very small for 3 of us.

its on perfect location and the staffs were extremely helpful.24 hour reception. all the attractions are at walkable distance.

The location was good, and also breakfast was good, not perfect.

The room was too small, the bathroom wasn't clean and the flash in the bathroom didn't work. The AC didn't work. There was a TV without a remote control. Mr Mohamad Feras Habbal in the reception was helpful.

The manager who works in the morning was named Reyad.. He made my stay wonderful and was very helpful I didn't think this hotel was right for me but this respectable young man made everything run smoothly

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the warm smiles and exceptional service at the reception, where Riyad was incredibly helpful and friendly, to the spotless rooms thanks to the kindness and attentiveness of the two Uzbek housekeepers, every aspect of our experience was top-notch. The hotel itself was immaculate, with comfortable rooms and beautiful common areas, and its location was perfect for exploring the city. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, it truly made our stay special!

Only the location was great.

Furniture dirty and shaky. In the bathroom you had to put a hose from the sink to the drain, otherwise you'd be standing in the dirty water coming from the sink.

Well...it was a pleasure to meet the manager at this hotel. His name was Riad. He was very very helpful with us and also helped us to go to nice places and not expensive at all. We will definitely be back next year and hope to see you there. The hotel was very reasonable, the price was not expensive and the facilities were clean and good.

There was a person who worked at night and he was always asleep. He was never cooperative and I think he was drunk the whole time.
