Taksim Bosphorus Hotel

This was a very good hotel in a good location. Very clean room and friendly staff 24/7. Only a few minutes walk to Taksim. I will definitely stay here every time I visit. I highly recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff it’s comfortable and clean .. thank you for aslan and serdar

Location and staff

Breakfast could be a bit better

From the time we arrived staff was very polite, helpful. They exceeded our expectations.Hotel location was perfect. Next to taksim square but not so close avoiding louds. It was quiet at night in general. The room was very clean, comfortable, bathroom perfect with plenty of room.

The hotel was conveniently located near Taksim Square and had easy access to Istiklal Street. The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a comfortable stay for two nights. I'll definitely stay here again. Thank you for upgrading my room.

As it is near Taksim Square, the noise of vehicles due to traffic in the alley continues until dawn, so earplugs may be necessary. But After a full day of walking, I slept well on the second day.

The staff were very considerate, helpful, and friendly, and the location was perfect. It was easy to get anywhere in Istanbul from the hotel. Also the price is right, excellent value!

Don’t know, I’d certainly go back if I ever have the good luck to visit Istanbul again.

Breakfast was great. Staff needs to learn English and smile

Front desk staff was helpful but breakfast staff needs improvement

Location is perfect. Money value and the quality is matching. The host was very pleasent and helpful. Roomn was quite big and clean

Cleaning services thats all. DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS HOTEL. Not Recommended at all

Overall service. Nothing was upto expectations. Hotel staff was not professional at all. They were throwing comments when I go in and out of the hotel with my wife. I could have made a huge deal but they were ignorant. Being professional was not their thing. Dont stay hereTheir breakfast was the most un-healthiest breakfast i have experienced in Istanbul. Rotten breads, smelly food, my wife and I got food poisoning having this breakfast. Their plates were not even the same and not even clean. We stopped having breakfast here even I paid for it. I lost money and health. Lets talk about the room, 2 nights we had to struggle with AC, it was super hot and the AC was not functional at all. We had to wakeup and turn on AC every 30 mins and you can imagine the pain. I had to request tons of times and then asked for roomSwap. They did it but got a small room but AC was ok but the bathroom was giving us hard time. Taking shower was pain, no cold water, water was blocked and i can just stay disappointed and angry. Their location is not too prime either, there are many options that can be utilizes. We stayed mostly out of hotel and just decided to come back in night to sleep couple of hours. I couldn’t take ot anymore and checked out one day prior as my wife and I were super uncomfortable. I love Turkey and will come back but not to this hotel. I will recommend to stay away from this place and choose another option.

Perfect location for the airport bus and close to Taksim Square with shops and restaurants. Staff were always welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. The room was a good size and had everything we needed.

Nice, easy, visible location. Close to Taksim and many shops. Staff were nice & helpful. The room was spacious, beds were comfy, bathroom was big and shower/ jacuzzi were amazing.

Only 1 room card given.

Very close to Taksim Square, a 2 minutes walk.Staff was more than willing to help with anything. We had free parking right in front of the hotel.Clean and modern rooms. Also, nice breakfast.

The location was great, nearby restaurants and groceries. Close to Taksim Square. The young guys at the reception were very friendly and supportive esp Serdar. Flexibility for late checkout whenever possible, I got extended for two hours.

It will be nice if the reception area and hallways get air-conditioned better.

Very nice and professional staff, ready to help at anytime, answered to all questions and offered suggestions to enhance our vacation. I will not give names, because all staff was polite and respectful with us. We already book our next stay in Istanbul with them. We recommend the place to anyone!

One single thing that was less pleasant, but was not only related to the hotel stay, this was a common thing in all places inside and outside the restaurants, streets, people are smoking all over the city. Is not hotel related. Thank you, to all staff??????

The staff are all wonderful and I was particularly helped by Aslan and Shavki (may have misspelled) with Istanbul transit and glitches with side trip planning. The room is lovely, quiet and the premises are immaculately clean. Recommend highly.

Everything is nice, just 1-2 minutes walk from taksim square.very comfortable location, staff is very nice, perfect value for money

Location was the best, Brekfast could be better but manageable for two days.

Room & Bathroom size could have been little bigger.

Hotel in a great location, a stone's throw from Taksin square. well-designed and very clean rooms. added value is the kindness and 24/7 availability of Kerim and Aslan. Thank’s a lot.

I liked the position of the hotel, that was clean and had a very nice staff!

I did not like that because of Ramadan thay did not have an open buffet as they mentioned on booking. In those days the food they served was just a little and the same each day, till the 5th day when they had an open buffet which was fine.I also did not like that in the place where was served the breakfast was kind of cold.

Excellent location- very close to Taksim square, and small stores for food and fruit or a quick grab of necessities are down the street. The large room-suite was very comfortable, great room service, and a super front desk staff. Mr. Savci was amazingly helpful and kind with every inquiry. And Happy Nowruz to everyone ;-)
