Good location, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast included. The price was acceptable.

The biggest issue for me was the window. There was always a draft coming through, and it provided no sound insulation at all. I could hear absolutely everything from the street, which made it really hard to rest. It's especially frustrating when those Turkish drivers keep honking for no reason, and you have no noise isolation whatsoever.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, which made my stay even more enjoyable.However, the furniture in the room felt quite dated, and it seemed like the pictures online were taken when the hotel was brand new. While the room was clean and functional, a refresh would certainly enhance the experience.One of the highlights of my stay was the restaurant on the top floor. Sipping a cup of Turkish tea while enjoying the breathtaking sea view was truly special. It’s a wonderful spot to relax, especially in the evenings.Overall, despite the slightly worn-out furnishings, this hotel offers a great stay thanks to its prime location, warm hospitality, and stunning rooftop views. I would recommend it to travelers who prioritize location and service over modern decor.

Breakfast was very good, and overall room is same as on the pictures, staff very friendly and polite. One of the rare hotels where tv in the room actually works

Shower drain was clogged little bit

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Turkey, and everything about my experience was absolutely incredible. First, the location and the placement of the property are simply perfect, convenient and surrounded by everything you might need. The team, especially Mhammad and the two guys at the reception, were amazing. They were extremely friendly, respectful, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless and super clean, with great attention to detail. Everything was so amazing that I ended up extending my stay because I didn’t want to leave! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul. It truly exceeded all my expectations?

Location pretty okay, 30 min walking from sainte Sophie and really close to the seaside. Bad point very noisy street. Room was okay but bathroom could be cleaner. Spa and hammam was not working, but you only knew if you ask when arrived. Staff smily and friendly but not so English speaker. Breakfast was okay.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfy?

the location is very good its very close to metro station. the breakfast is very good and the view is very nice.

the room was very small and very hot because the AC was not working so we spend a miserable night!.

The close proximity to the main tourist attractions like the blue mosque

This was my second stay at this hotel, the first being two years ago. The quality of services remains consistently high. The rooftop restaurant offers a lovely view and nice breakfast.. The hotel is well-located, making it convenient to visit different parts of Istanbul.

Very good location, close to metro stations - easy get around Istanbul.Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops nearby.Staff is very good.Very good breakfast, we stayed for a few days only, but enjoyed every breakfast, especially on the open patio.

Rooms are quite small and Mold, mold, mold in the bathroom. that was horrible! black mold is very toxic, as you might know, and every time after showering the whole room smells of mold, it even feels like the air becomes heavier. this is dangerous for you to breathe it in. mold was around every singe tile in the shower. thankfully we stayed only for a few days....

There is stairs in the entranceAt checking in they helped us with lifting the bags to the lobby but checking out was done by different man who didnt help at all

The location was very convenient, just next to metro station and also tram station for old city is 5 mins walk.

They have one small lift which takes time during busy hours.

The staff is very very nice and helpful . The receptionist s guided us with all our steps in Istanbul. One staff even gave us his own transportation card to help with tram tickets . The breakfast in the terrace was very tasty, the chef and the staff in the kitchen were very hospitable. It is great value for the price we paid . The rooms are good, nothing special but great just to spend a few nights.

The Hotel is situated close to the Metro, and Bus stations. They had family rooms with 3 beds . Bathroom was large. Nice hot water.Nice rooftop for breakfast.Personnel was ok, Turkish style.Breakfast ok. Same every day, but diverse.

Next time I will choose a hotel closer to the main interest points.The room was very small. Could hardly open the luggages for 3 persons.The floor very Dirty! All our socks turned to black.Bathroom was dirty...had to alcohol wash the toilet Window did not close enough. Wind camed into the room and during night was very cold, and noise during morning.Heating system was not working. So very cold during the night in this conditions.

The location is convinient. A direct bus from the airoport stops close to the hotel, a few minuts wolking. There are lots of small shops nearby and an underground market. The breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable.

All was ok.
