Perla Galata Hotel

Everything was near , the location is near everything almost , the staff were amazing and helpful all the time , felt safe .

The staff were very kind and helpful. They even helped us book taxis and upgraded our rooms. The beds were very comfortable and all of the linens smelled clean! The hotel had a great value and the porch off our room offered a beautiful glimpse of the Bosphorus between some buildings. The terrace had magnificent views of the city.

Great property, so close to everything. Great staff very helpful and accommodating. we came back and will come back. Onur is great and helped us so much. Definitely order the airport service from them as well. Very very beautiful view right outside the hotel, and there is supermarket and cafe 2 minutes away. Galata port is 5 minutes walking. Taksim square very close also!

The communication with the staff is very easy and helpful. The room is clean. Unfortunately the room we stayed is not soundproof, we can hear the conversation of the neighbors and the noise from outside of the window. Apart from this, all is good

I had a wonderful stay at Perla Galata Hotel. The hotel is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location is perfect — many main attractions are within walking distance, which made exploring the city very easy. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again.

Everything was great! The location was perfect — just 5 minutes from Galata Tower and Karaköy Harbor, and about a 40-minute walk to Hagia Sophia. There are nice local restaurants nearby, and although it’s next to a main road, the room was very quiet.The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful. We also booked an airport transfer through the hotel for 700 TRY, which was the cheapest option we found.Great quality for the price! Highly recommended.

We had a room with a balcony, which was awesome! However, that might have been the reason we had a big problem with mosquitoes. Despite the cool weather (around 10°C), we were bitten many times during our three-night stay.

My stay at this hotel in Istanbul was absolutely perfect! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. What really made the experience special was the amazing hospitality. Morad and Unor went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home, always ready to help with anything. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location made it easy to explore the city. I’ll definitely be coming back here on my next trip to Istanbul—highly recommended!

Booked this hotel for my mom (she speaks Russian only) and was pleasantly surprised that one of hotel staff speaks Russian! She had no issue communicating and was very happy with the hotel.

The location is not that close to trams / subway stations so you might want to take a cab from time to time.

I liked it as the staff (mr pedri and mr murat was extremely helpful and friendly.They didn't stop their joyful attitude even after we checked out we got their help even after our Check out during the entire trip.The rooms were very comfortable and overall the experience exceeded my expectations

Not that much

The staff was extremely kind, confy bed and the location. Even though it is close to main famous spots and public transportation, it's quiet because of the tiny street it is located.

The furniture is outdated (but in my experience this is common in hotels of same style around the city), still, I'd stay here again.
