The reception area is not welcoming at all, and the room is too noisy due to the hotel being located in the city Center. We were hearing steer noises constantly. The bathroom is not comfortable at all. Only curtain is there to close and you can hear all noise while other person is using the bathroom which is in appropriate

Our stay was truly exceptional – the room was beautifully comfortable and well-kept, the view was absolutely stunning, and the staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality and attentive service. Everything exceeded our expectations

Room cleaning service finishes very early. They also have a problem with the shower head. The water flow is weak. We reported it and they did nothing. My experience with this hotel will not be repeated.

Excellent services, prime location for all tourists attractions and staff was very friendly and helpful. Samet Cheun, at the reception, was excellent - with smiling face, customer centric and ready to help in way he could. Breakfast was excellent!!

The cleanness and cozy vibes

The windows are not ceiled and the noise is too much.Also, they are not permitting bringing any food & beverages even water they made a scene out of it.

Beautiful property. Modern rooms. Staff was very friendly and attentive. They bring cute snacks. When I didn’t have extra cash for tip for room service I was told “That’s ok. I can tell you have a good heart.” He genuinely meant it and was not upset at all.They told us exactly how much a taxi should cost to the Grand Bazaar and back. When the taxi grossly overcharged us and I asked them whether the taxi driver had charged appropriately, they were so upset! They called the tourism police and had me give a report so I could get my money back and other travelers aren’t scammed in the future. They really advocate for their guests and tourists! I only stayed one night here but definitely would have spent more nights here. Recommend the Bosphorus river view.

I had a plesant stay at Maestro hotel with my family.I never Stay:The check-in and Check-out process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.My room furniture is classy I really love it . My room was clean and comfortable, The housekeeping staff did a good job (Special thanks to them) The location of the hotel is great and close to everything .

The soundproof 60 percent , If you are not a deep sleeper, do not request a room with a Bosphorus view. For me it was good and I enjoyed it. The price of breakfast per person was expensive for me, so I did not try it .

Every thing was perfect and short distance to Galata Port and Karakoy Gulluogle. I would like to thanks miss Junes and miss Irem Nur from front desk for their kindness and support and insha'Allah will visit again.

I stayed at the hotel for four nights and found it disappointing, especially considering the high price. Breakfast wasn’t included, and while the room had a nice view, the curtain mysteriously opened and closed on its own twice. After cleaning, the staff repeatedly forgot to replace the coffee cups, which I had to request each time. The service felt unprofessional, and the overall experience didn’t justify the cost. Despite booking based on positive reviews, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, as it lacked the quality and atmosphere I expected.

It made getting around so easy and enjoyable.Overall, I would rate this hotel a solid 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay with top-notch service and amenities. I’ll definitely be coming back!

the hotel has a nice location near galata Port ,but the Deluxe room is very small. Further, the staff is not cooperative even for an extra bottle of water for tea .

Location near tram station , super clean, helpful staff, I liked it and asked for an extended stay from the hotel

On a busy road in front of the tram tracks, it's a bit noisy, especially in lower floors.

This hotel is a gem. The location is excellent with a short walk to dozens of good restaurants located on the boardwalk along the Bosphorus, and the metro is a few minutes walk. This area is very safe and comfortable to walk even at night. The rooms are well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfasts with a range of offerings from traditional Turkish breakfast, continental breakfast to full cooked English/American style breakfast.

I liked the view and the location and the comfort and the quality of the everything except the staff

The reception staff especially Irem nur she needs to go back to hospitality school if she ever went … I rented the Queen suit most expensive room in the hotel and expected some curtsy with check out time which she wasn’t willing to give but her attitude and the way she spoke with me is what disturbed me and upset me the most … she kept threatening me with extra pay when I left the room at 12:45 … my mother was with me and wanted to pray before we leave … she is young rude and inexperienced and needs to learn how to treat customers specially those who are welling to rent suit room … she disturbed my stay and I wouldn’t stay again because of her and the red lotion staff who supported her actions when I came down to blame her for her attitude
