Uncle Halil is great person.

There was an upstairs neighbors they were so loud even the we talk to Halil they kept being loud and annoying late at night until like 3:30 in the morning. They were three people from Algeria

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The location is perfect ,no stairs or uphill walks to reach public transportation. The metro is just 4 minutes away, and the tram about 7 minutes away. There are plenty of great restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby too.The staff are absolutely amazing ,always ready to help at any time. The kindest people, especially Barish, who felt like a brother to me. He helped with everything, even stayed with me until my airport pickup arrived. Truly the best hospitality!

I like the hotel

Location is 5 minutes walk to the nearest green line metro linking IST airport (Vezneciler)

Was given a room in a hotel next to the booked accomodation as it was fully booked, luckily the alternative room given was comfortable.

It was very nice, the beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. The staff was very sweet and I was so grateful for the early check-in.

Everything was good, the room was very spacious. Location is very close to Heating was provided with radiators and AC.

Hot water disappeared in the morning. Need to call staff to restart water heater.

A fantastic hotel that I would highly recommend. The owners are friendly, accommodating, and truly welcoming. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the rooms are modern and spotless. There’s a real family atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

Everything was great. The host met us once we entered the place and greeted us with positive attitude and directly offered us tea. Overall, there was no issue with anything in the room or with the cleanliness. They provided with anything necessary at any times.

Host was great, beds are comfortable, it's one of the only places I've in Istanbul that doesn't have the sound of people and traffic outside all night

The hotel is located in the most fantastic little street with many great restaurants, cafes and shops. The place is clean and modern with good light, spacious toilet and comfortable bed. There is also a sizeable fridge in the room. Great value for money and very kind owners! Very cheap to do laundry. We wish we would've stayed here longer as we so enjoyed the location and the place.

We thought the kitchen was free to use all day but I don't think this is the case.A kettle would be a great addition to the room.The blow-dryer is wired into the wall and has a blue electric spark when used!

Location and staff is remarkable. Will definitely stay here if come again to Istanbul. They extended the mid night check in facility, I reached hotel at 3 am and staff even too helpful to accommodate me at that time with some bread, eggs and coffee at this hour

The room was clean enough, equipped properly - most of the important equipment was present in shared kitchen. The host/staff were kind and helpful. Close to the metro/tram stations, shops, markets, restaurants and attractions.

1- Very bad smell in the. Bathroom ( no ventilation system at all) 2- They didn’t clean every day till you request and the cleaning is not perfect ( you have to clean by yourself better).

Polite and calm administrator, speaking Russian as well. Easy communication with the owner of the apartment. The room is located in the city center, clean. In the kitchen you are always ready to drink tea or coffee.

The property is very neat and clean with very good hospitality of the owner.

Mainly it is in good location with peace, no any noise, near to the metro station.

The friendliness of the owners and the worker I met there could be said were all excellent in make my stay memorable. I love the the area and the what it offered.

The storage is what was just limited when doing my shopping around.

The host was super helpful, kind, and ready to assist in whatever was needed. The place is within an easy walk from most important sights and has restaurants and cafes within a few meters, on the very same street. The airport transfer (to and fro) was arranged by the host with professional precision, was absolutely comfortable and without any problems.

The room was super small, not enough space for clothes and belongings, not a single wardrobe. We had to put most of our things on the floor.

Halil Bey Konağı! is very good choice for touristic visiting of Istanbul. Located in a nice area, close to a lot of faculties, with lots of small restaurants. Walking distance to almost all visiting points. The owner waited for us and helped us for mange parking. Also lady in kitchen hosted us as we are at home.
