    • Having an airport shuttle (and a super kind, friendly driver) and efficient check-in (a bit before 3pm) was fantastic! The added benefit of a breakfast and hotel amenities such as spa, outdoor pool (which looked fantastic, but I wasn't able to use), and the hammam (unsure if this was included in the price made for quite a package, at a reasonable price. A very comfortable bed (one of the best I've encountered in all my travels, including to top hotels and resorts in the world) and solid water pressure made the basics covered... I checked out refreshed! Sad to say, the late-ish breakfast start time (7am) made it impossible to check out breakfast while running to the airport.
    • Only that is close to the Airport, parking
    • Transfer is good, the drivers Sadettin and Mehmet are punctual, friendly and polite!

    Cons -

    • The property is a bit dated. I'd estimate '80s, and while the bed and TV have been refreshed, some of the room furnishings looked a bit worn (though everything worked fine, eg. lighting coverage was great). Though the staff left 4 bottles of water, and tea/coffee was at the ready, the mini fridge was a bit old and very difficult to close. For those of you wi-fi inclined, I had to join 2 Zoom calls for work, and the not-great "unstable message" connection appeared sporadically...and unpredictably. I had to switch to audio only, and this is never a good thing. So biz travelers beware, you won't have a robust connection to do your biz (I was taking calls late on Saturday night, so unless my neighbors were streaming Netflix at midnight, the system was not straining under peak-of-the-work day traffic). I loved our shuttle driver who kindly brought water and warmly welcomed us...but getting in touch with him was a patch of rough sledding! At the time of making my reservation, I sent a message to the hotel regarding my flight plans and coordinating a shuttle ride...no reply. Then, the night before my flight, I dug up a telephone number for the shuttle driver, from the intro. email sent to me. No reply. The next morning, I received a message in Turkish saying the driver was off that day, and he provided another contact number. I did finally contact the shuttle driver, and he did show up, though it was nearly a half hour after our agreed-upon time. I asked about a return trip to the airport, the next morning, and was told "talk to the front desk when you need it". OK...I checked in with the front desk at check out and they said, "shuttle at 8am" (45 minutes later...and I had to get to the airport). So, the result was a 7€ cab ride for the 15 minute drive. I wish there had been a clearer way to establish the shuttle driver system...
    • The staff, nothing to do around - can be considered just tranzit hotel, old furniture, poor breakfast. We have booked for another night after our trip from Asia but we cancelled and chose another hotel.
    • Sheets on beds were not fresh, definitely they were not changed after previous guest. I was extremely not satisfied. And it was smell in fridge in my room. Fridge is old and dirty. You can double check, I am sure you can still find in that some food or smth which was left by a previous guest

    Location

Lack of basics like soaps and showers, dirty towels and terrible beds, no blankets only a thin layer of sheet

I liked the following points:1- Great location if you are travelling from Sabiha airport.2- Friendly staff.3- Rich, delicious and affordable breakfast. 4- Free and reliable WIFI.5- Free and reliable airport shuttle service. Saad Eddin who was my driver is amazing. You can totally count on him on everything.

I didn't like the following:1- TV Channels: Most were not working. I was hoping to watch some Sports on Bein.2- Fridge: The fridge wasn't cooling at all.3- I was hoping to get some ice cubes and usually you could find them on your floor, but there were none.

To be honest I can’t find anything value at all

Our experience was extremely disappointing. Upon checking into our room, we discovered that the sheets were soiled with hair.Additionally, we were not provided with shower gel or shampoo, despite several attempts to contact the reception desk. The pool area was lacking sun beds, despite our complaints. When we requested three sun beds, they were provided - after 20 minutes standing in sun -but without mattresses or even towels. Consequently, we have decided not to stay on the pool area. The staff at the restaurant communicated solely in English, using only yes and no responses. This communication barrier prevented us from effectively explaining our dietary preferences and the poor quality of the food, which took approximately 40 minutes to convey.Regrettably, the hotel did not provide a shuttle bus to the airport, as advertised. Additionally, due to our early departure, we have requested breakfast boxes, but they could not be arranged.Considering these factors, we would rather opt for sleeping on the street rather than staying in a hotel of this caliber

it coukd be possible to say nothing,

it is far from a five star hotel, pillow case had bad smale, there were no suitable services, such as tooth kit , and bath kit, breack fact quality barely reach to 2star

It is mostly a beautifully renovated hotel, the interior is clean and pleasant, there is a restaurant where we were served well. We were accommodated for one night, three adults, on our trip from Antalya to Romania.

When we arrived at the location we were kicked out of the hotel parking lot because they had an event that ended at 10:00 PM and local guests had priority. Without to be asked anything the guy from parking we were sent to park in a public parking lot, opposite the hotel, but we had to make a three-kilometer detour to go the opposite part of the way.We were accommodated on the top floor of the hotel, we were three people but we found only two sets of towels in the room, we had no shower gel in the bathroom, there was no protection on the sink drain, the refrigerator was dirty and broken. We chose this hotel because of the balcony but the balcony was full of dust and unfurnished, the exterior joinery was old and above the door there is a light bulb hanging by wires.

Picking timing from Sabiha airport should be more accurate. Thanks if it can be prearranged as almost all global e-sims are not allowed to function properly in Turkey and local sims are very expensive in the airport.

I really appreciated the Friendly Staff. The Hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and very near to the airport (SAW).

great experience at the hotel! The facilities were excellent, and I found the staff incredibly welcoming and helpful. The free airport shuttle was a huge plus.Reception available 24\7Good response even in last minutesRoom Clean.Breakfast was good.Swimming Pool.spa available for freeThe main point to consider about this hotel is its location: convenient for Sabiha Gökçen Airport and they provide Free Shuttle, but a considerable distance from Taksim Square 45 km and they support for paid transportation if you need

    Really Nothing to say.

    3NaomiPosted on: 6-4-2025

Airport shuttle service. Drivers were communicative and nice.

It seemed like the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was blood on the door frame. We did not have any soap nor shampoo. Some of the toiletries were opened and used. The headrest on the bathtub was moldy.

They had a very nice breakfast buffet .

The photo of the room was very deceptive. It said the room was 538 square feet which is very large. It came with one full-size bed 52 inches wide and one twin bed 32 inches wide. I requested 3 twin beds, we were renting a room for 4 persons. It said that each room had a fold-up bed besides the regular beds . However they did not . They did bring us fold up beds one of which they put together the other one they did not. My son put the bedding sheets, pillows etc on the bed he was going to use. The maid set up the other bed. My son's bed collapsed on him. The Room did have a balcony which was large and you are allowed to smoke there. That was good. The pool was not open, though it looked like it was ready for people, we could not swim there. They have a spa which I would say did not have what I am used to in a spa. It only had steam rooms nothing else. Oh, it did have the ability to purchase a massage but it was too late for that when we arrived. I think the biggest warning I would give anyone thinking of this hotel arriving in Istanbul is that it's says it has free airport transportation to the hotel going and coming. It does not tell you that the airport is not the Istanbul airport it is a small regional airport approximately 5 miles from the hotel. The Istanbul airport is over an hour's drive from the hotel. We had to go by taxi both ways and it was over $100 each way. The tea and the coffee service is all powdered. Powdered milk nescafe and small packets of sugar. Having said all of that that is negative I still would say if you would like a nice buffet breakfast this was a nice one.

The hotel is good choice for the layover night of your fly through Sabiha Airport. Free Shuttle is a handy plus. I didn’t try the spa so can’t say anything. Check-in was fast and the breakfast decent. The food in the restaurant was good. But generally the hotel is for locals.

The room can be cleaned better and when I arrived I found someone’s else bottle of water in it. Bed sheets are old and must be changed. The AC was barely working. Stuff in the restaurant doesn’t speak any English and very very slow. I had to ask for my bill five times! Two of which I actually went to search for them.

    Pleasant

We were involved in a car crash on being in transit from airport to the hotel the hotels car was struck by another vehicle from the side travelling at high speed and jumping a red light. It was very scary we are lucky to be alive. The hotel staff treated it as nothing. We will not be staying there again even though it was not their drivers fault. Very poor English spoken by hotel staff...non existent for an international hotel. No warning on website that the establishment is alcohol free.

Very nice hotel on the surface. Tasty breakfast and clean overall. Powerful air conditioning/heater with great manual controls (on/off/temperature). There's not a lot to explore nearby, but the area has a few simple restaurants and shops. The sound of airplanes can get quite loud at times (landing every 5-10 minutes). For couples and families: the spa department is not shared. There is a shared outside pool, but the spa (sauna, hamam...) is separate for women and men. Also, in April 2025 at least, the airport transfer was NOT available from 7AM as stated by the hotel as well as many previous guests, but from 8AM. The hotel paid us a taxi after long negotiations. We were expecting a but more for the price. But overall, a good experience.

The spa area is separate for men and women, the airport transfer was not available as stated on the hotel's information, and the sound of airplanes is quite loud. Beds could have been more comfortable.

Receptionist and bell boy who worked on 23.04 on early shift and gave me room 5013 the best staff. And of course everyone else as wellI stayed with my daughter and we had an amazing time.

    8MarkPosted on: 4-25-2025

Ease of access to SAW airport

Airport transfer was included in stay but did not specify which airport . Although I informed them that we were arriving at SIT and flying out on SAW their was no one to pick us up on arrival , which was a big problem , the transfer the next morning was fine . This needs to be made plain on the transfer offering .

Facilities are ok and rooms are good size albeit a bit dated and noisy.

DO NOT BOOK A TAXI FROM RECEPTION...The hotel reception booked us a taxi, which was a total scam. We took take from IST to Sabiha a week before and paid TL 1800. The taxi driver made a bill for the same journey 4200 TL. I had my suspicions about it initially but it is definitely a scam. They will scam you. I was with family so couldn't create a scene at airport so paid the money but it was unpleasant experience and more expensive taxi then London. The reason why I suspect reception is in on it as he told me taxi will cost around 2800 to 3000 TL but i confirmed it will be metered. The taxi guy added 600TL at start and the 600TL at end plus card fees!.. It s a shame in such a beautiful country people are out to scam visitors. Left a really bad taste.
