very rude staff! terrible service! so noisy! dirty bed! I'd rather stayed at the airport instead of going to this hotel. the guy at the check in was trying really hard to impose an overpriced shuttle service to airport.

Close to the airport.

It turned out that this hotel was booked out, so we were driven to a different hotel by the manager of this hotel and stayed there. That other hotel was still a work in progress.

It had a shuttle bus to airport

Noisy, could not sleep and heard everything all night long.

The hotel is new, with comfortable new beds and located in a peaceful area surrounded by many restaurants and shops. Free parking is available right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.

There were a few issues during our stay. No sandals were provided, and tea and coffee were also not available in the room. In addition, the toilet light went off suddenly in the middle of the night. The management tried to move us to another room, but there was no similar family room available, and the only option was a smaller room. We decided to refuse the downgrade and stay in our original room.

Very friendly, competent and polite hotel staff, the room was clean, very well organized shuttle transfer, good location.

Very noisy from the street (motorway under the window), I had to use earplugs…

Hotel is good value for long transit because of the location, it's in 15 minutes from the airport. Hotel provides also transfer service, which we used instead of taxi.

Facilities are poor at least in the suits on the 1st floor - no wardrobe, no mirror, no hangers, no chairs, puffs or shelves. You have nothing to put your clothes. Our window was above the hotel's entrance, and its lighting worked all night long just in front of the beds.

Location was close to the Airport.Front desk staff was really helpful but the rest was just very disorganized.Dirty bad sheets not even changed from previous guest.Dirty towels.Room was not made clean at all.House keepers were so loud so we couldn’t sleep in the room.I will never recommend anyone to this hotel.Breakfast was included in our price but front desk staff ask us only one person can eat free other has to pay me 5 euro in advance here for the tomorrow breakfast which was so weird.Overall not great service.

Just the location

So I picked this hotel because it was really close to the airport and I was traveling 16 hours and I just wanted to get to the hotel as soon as possible so I took their shuttle service and when I got to the airport, I had to wait another 40 minutes for the shuttle for 14 minutes road. What they do is they wait for another passenger to arrive and they collect them altogether which I didn't know and they should've informed me before.When I got to the room, there was hair on the bed and the bathroom was used and not clean and the AC wasn't working .There was pee all over the bathroom.It was disgusting and I went to the front desk and I asked them to change my room and they did change my room. And the second one was smaller, the bathroom was ridiculous. That was not even a sink in the bathroom. The only good thing about this place is the location.

The breakfast was very good and it saved the day.

There were no coffee maker in the room and the receptionist was able to find it.

It’s disappointing me

Every thing no isolated from the sound of the airplanes and the towel isn’t clean I saw blood inside the towel also the respetionest when I ask him to change my room he was angry and no respectful also the breakfast you have to walk 5 minutes to other hotel to eat

Perfect for a stayover night. Easy access to the airport. If traveling light, use metro but prepare for a steep and long uphill walk. Taking into consideration all searching and waiting time metro will be faster and easier than using H6 bus which stops near the hotel. Walking is good after long hours in the plane... Avoid local scammers who pretend helping purchase metro tickets at the machines though!

Just for information - the local restaurants do not offer normal coffee, only instant powder ones. At least we did not find any. And, most probably, google translate will be needed for local communication there. The airplanes did not bother us but some noisy neighbors and their phones were very well heard :- )

Great location for an overnight stay between flights, friendly staff, no-hassle experience.

It was very difficult to talk to the staff

I want to change for the next day and they refused even when they have rooms available.

The location is perfect for going to airport. You will take bus H6. There are lits if restaurants and super markets close to this hotel.

If you want to visit istanbul downtown this place is not good.

Not located in a nice area. Room was so tiny. Staff not very helpful

The hotel is not far from the bus station. There are some restaurants and stores nearby.The room is small but clean.

Paper wall and no soundproof. I could hear the people next doors talking. The breakfast is not at the location. They brought it from somewhere else and it was late when we checked out hence we missed it.

It was close to the airport , good for long transits , the staff were respectful, and the breakfast was an added value.

You may hear airplane noises as it’s close to the airport, but of course we should be expecting that. Hotels near airports can use soundproofing windows.
