Transfers from/to airport you have to pay extra 45 Euro and breakfast as well you have to pay extra. But when you book it says including. Confused. About 20 minutes from the airport.

The room was small, but it met the needs of our 1-night stay. The TV offered streaming options (I accessed YouTube as a guest), and the bed was actually comfortable, as were the pillows. We did not expect a 4-star stay for what we paid, and got what I expected and needed given the lower rate.

The location was near a mosque, and in an "ok" neighborhood. I mention the mosque because they had a call for prayer at 5 am, and with the hotel being near it, the call for prayer was loud and woke me up. I also had to pay for the airport shuttle service (50 euros round trip ) as according to them the free shuttle was not available due to paying an "economy" rate for the room.

I needed to make some last minute changes and that was not a problem. They've arranged last minute transportation to the airport. Also a last minute room upgrade and breakfast was taking of.

The staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean - great shower! The woman who served us breakfast was very kind. They arranged for transportation to/from the airport which was easy.

We recommend staying at this hotel. From the moment we reserved a room at Grand Hamit, we immediately received helpful correspondence. They answered all our questions in a timely manner. They also provided one free shuttle service. There are plenty of shops, cafes and access to public transportation within walking distance. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times.

The room was great

I booked a room for my mother, and she had an early checkout. Despite having ordered and paid a substantial amount for a hotel transfer to Istanbul Airport, the service was completely forgotten. When she arrived at the reception, the driver was nowhere to be found, and she had to remind the staff that they owed her this service. While she didn’t miss her flight, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. The hotel made no effort to apologize or compensate for this oversight.Additionally she had paid for breakfast and, since the dining room would be closed during her early checkout, she spoke with the receptionist in advance. They assured her that a lunch box would be prepared, but this also didn’t happen. Once again, the hotel made no attempt to make up for this failure.

Good price quality, 20 minutes to airport by taxi

Everything was ok, except for one employee, who was raising his voice at me.Reason? He was disappointed that I took an Uber instead of using his shuttle service.First, raising the voice is unacceptable (especially at customers).Second, it’s my business how to get to the hotel. Third, it’s the same price (from Sabiha 70 euros), and to Istanbul Airport Uber is even cheaper (~12 euros vs. 20). Shuttle is also cash only. So it’s not quite clear what is the value proposition, if you pay same price or more, need to have cash and book in advance.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is great value for money and about a 20 minute taxi ride to the airport. I ordered an Uber but the hotel also offer a chauffeur service. The beds are super comfortable and the hotel was very clean.

The walls are thin and some noise can be heard from the hallway. Not a major problem and nothing some sleeping ear plugs didn't fix.

Everything was perfect, staff incredible kind. I was in distress due to various lost flights the very same day, and all I found there was kindness and respect.

Excellent standard room, beds, bathroom high quality and price was reasonable. Highly recommended

Quite old and shabby renovation, does not match the photos.Upon check-in, the air conditioners in all rooms in the hotel were not working. The staff did not tell us about it, although as we found out later the air conditioners were not working for a whole day. The temperature in the room was 30 degrees. We have small children and they could not sleep in such heat.The hotel staff purposely deceived us that "they will be fixed in 5 minutes". But nothing changed for hours and it was getting late evening. When we told them they were not fixing the problem, the hotel manager started acting aggresive.In the end we had to find another hotel.The money for this booking was never refunded to us

Was staying in a room with king and single beds. Good size. Clean rooms. Good clean bathroom. Very polite stuff. Decent breakfast. May be not as plentiful as we used to see turkish breakfast, but still enough to have and enjoy. And thats understandable with the inflation and the hospitality sector trying to keep the prices affordable. Close proximity to airport. Ordered transfer as well. Might be a bit more expensive than a taxi, but traveled in clean comfy van, that came on time. Good for an overnight stay if you have to go to airport.

Will not recommend if you want to go sight seeing. Too far from city centre and if you do not know your way with public transport ( will loose couple of hours on travel though) that might cost you a fortune with taxi. But then again its personal preference with the location.

The room was clean and nice. The receptionist was kind and very helpful with our requests. Bed was wonderful to sleep in.

Breakfast was so limited..seems it wasnt heated up properly. Everything looked like yesterdays food. Recycled.

It was not amazing but it was fine for a connecting flight.

it is fantastic that the staff is so responsive, no matter how silly/insignificant the questions. our question related to the usual concerns in travelling with kids and getting to the hotel from the airport (for an overnight). we are definitely to book for the return flight.
