Great cost benefit choice, excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, the staff is super helpful and ready to assist.

A few details not worth to mention.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Air conditioner barely worked, with lots of noise. Room had only one window facing air shaft, so there was no sunlight at all.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. Everything was exactly as described in the listing.The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay truly pleasant.The location is perfect — very close to all the main attractions in Istanbul and just steps away from public transportation.Overall, a clean, comfortable hotel in an ideal location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The location of this hotel was great! Very close to Galata port, walking distance to metro.

Location was perfect, and staff “sabah” she was very kind and helpful, Terrace was nice.

There Blankets was so thin and the bathroom door locker broken.

Nice location, friendly staff, reasonable price. They allowed me to stay an extra hour, which i very much appreciated.

Location at is best!! Walking distance to Galata port, Galata Tower, Galata Bridge, Taksim Square and Karaköy. Tophane (T1) Tram station is just outside the hotel if you’re going to Sultanahmet area to visit Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia & Grand Bazaar. There’s also a bus stop station outside of the hotel if you are planning to get somewhere else. I felt safe while staying for 3 days in this hotel.

Hotel rooms are not soundproof, you can still hear noises from outside and hallway.

Host was very welcoming, room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also it is very close to public transport, which will allow you to visit the whole of Istanbul.

The location is perfect.

Unfortunately I found hair and stains in the bedding. There is no heating, instead an air conditioning which is too loud. And the windows are leaky so that you can hear every detail outside. I definitely don't recommend the city side wich is very loud, you don't have any view and it's even more expensive than the inner side.

Check in was easy and fast. Safe area and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Room was big and spacious, there was hot water in the shower and the towels were clean. Friendly staff who lent me an umbrella for the rain. Easy communication in English. Good value for money.

The floor was not spotless. I used their white sandals and the sole turned brown after walking just for a few minutes, so they really need to mop the floor and not just vacuum it. There is one window that faces a wall, so it's dark and feels like a prison, but it was ok for a couple of nights. Also, getting there from the metro on foot is a bit of a nightmare as it involves many steps. Don't take their pick up service from the airport, it's totally overpriced. Take the bus or metro which is MUCH cheaper.

The location was great. 5 minutes walking distance to Galata Tower and 3 minutes walking to metro station. Galata Port was 5 minutes walking distance too.

The hotel needs some renovations and a better housekeeping. Also, in the room there was not natural light.

Great location and top floor apartments had terraces

Lighting was low in the room

Good convenient location, very friendly host , reception 24/7. Good communication upfront. Strong AC.

There are some smaller downsides but considering the price in this location it would be ridiculous to complain about , therefore price-performance ratio is very good.
