Parking, no proper place to park a car.

Amazingggg stay, room was super clean, daily cleaning, the reception man was super amazing he was super nice, he let me checkout 2-3 hours late from when i was supposed to leave. Hotel is close to everythingggg, all stores and cafes and restaurants are around, 1 min walk from the train station. It was super goodd

The hotel may not seem like a five-star establishment when you first enter its small reception area, but the rooms exceed five-star standards—spacious, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained!

Everything it’s ?? great. Location was good everything next to hotel. Metro,bus station and Many coffee shop. Shopping centre. Many Restaurant .

The smell was really bad! The room was not comfortable.

This is the sister hotel of siesta and the staff in both hotels are exceptional people and they go above and beyond in providing the best service.

This is a smoker friendly hotel, my room had a very strong cigarette smell along with a gutter smell. Could be because they were doing construction while I was there and is probably resolved now.

Friendly staff . Super clean room and a very nice location, surrounded by many commercial centers , coffee shops and restaurants

The jacuzzi bath was the favourite part of our stay. We had a really good stay we arrived really late and I realised I had forgotten my plug adapter to charge my phone and the man on reception borrowed me his charger. Nothing was a problem for the staff and our room was cleaned daily. We would deffo return. Thank you

Smell out if the shower drain. Toilet flush which repeatedly did not stop and had to be fixed multiple times and still did its weird behavior until you repushed the flush

Only location was great

We stayed there for 5 nights but they just once time cleaned room when I talk with reception! Even they didn’t consider pillow in room ! Really one night was very cold for us Anyhow except location every things were unusual for me ! Because that was hotel, no hostel so I expect they at least come to clean our room every morning !!

it was smelling cigarette and the air freshener was so strong that we could hardly breath (even in the elevator), small room, broken window (we couldn't close it)

Everything! This is a new luxurious cozy hotel with stylish, quite large rooms. The rooms are made in a modern style and are quite large.Excellent location: there are a few meters from the huge Capacity shopping center and the central green street with lots of food market, caffe etc.. A 15-20 minute walk these is a ⛵ marina with yachts and a huge park with boats.The staff is perfect! They answer all questions immediately, are kind and immediately brought an iron upon my request. After returning to your room, you always have clean towels and glasses of water. There is always tea and coffee in the room, and a coffee maker.Parfums of the hol (aroma) and decor are excellent.

1. Hairdryer in the room: whistles, dries poorly and takes a long time, dries out hair. 2. The iron (on request) is small and ironing not so good.3.Sometimes there is a not very pleasant smell from the bathroom at nightBut there is really small things and not important.___Important! I don't recommend ordering a taxi from the hotel! At first they the transfer company of this hotel told me the price 35 eoro;, then they said that they would not find a car (I began to look for something else in a panic), then they wrote that they had been solving all problems for a long time and assured me a taxi with cost 40 euros. OK. But before my arrival, they sent me a video on how to find a taxi. In the end, it turned out that this video was from another airport !!!I was shocked. And In the end, I taked another taxi for 43 euros, BiiVIP, but it was very good. I sincerely recommend this taxi to everyone. I drove back to them.

The staff was very friendly and supportive. I didn't like my room and They upgraded my room to best room they had for free. And also everything I asked they answered fast and did the best.

The rooms was a little small but for who traveling for work is enough and also very clean.

The staff was really helpful and friendly! The room was clean, the room service was good. My friend got a room with a jacuzzi which was really fun!

The cigarettes smell coming from ventilation but I guess all rooms are permitted to smoke so nothing you can do about it. Cleaning lady sometimes forgot to provide all types of towels, so we exchanged some with my friends who also stayed there?

Very friendly staff - the first gentleman who greeted us at the desk was really helpful and informative throughout our stay. Room was very modern and exceptionally clean.Location was fabulous. So easy to access the train and move across the city.

The location is exceptionally great, it’s a steps away from the metro station and steps away to the mall, also around 5 mins walk to the Bakirkoy Center where there multiple shops as well! The staff are very welcoming and helpful and they don’t make you feel you are a guest but also as someone who owns the place or lived there for a very long time! They are only there for you if you need them to be! The room is as expected and I advise you take the room with the jacuzzi! You won’t regret it
