Galata Master Hotel

Price and bed options (sleeping three easily) was fantastic! Great shower and service. Location is centrally located and within walking distance of many landmarks.

Location is an off the main roads down an alley that is dark with some dilapidated buildings and no other businesses. We didn’t feel comfortable getting back to our room after dark, so we missed out on some key time to explore the city night life.

‏My stay at Galata Master Hotel was one of the best experiences in Istanbul. The hotel is very clean, well-located, and close to everything.‏What truly made the stay special was the amazing hotel staff. The entire team was very professional, friendly, and always willing to help, whether with local recommendations or any request we had. They really made us feel welcome and at home. ??‏I highly recommend staying at this hotel, and I would definitely choose it again in the future.

You can drop your luggage earlier, near Galata tower, zirkaat bank/ATM, and near to tram station, and you can take tea, coffee, soft drink on rooftop for free

Great experience! Convenient location close to all attractions, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, warm water, heating, and a very comfortable mattress. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Location was great, the rooms were very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We were initially put in a basement room with no window which wasn't great - but as soon as we asked to move the staff were extremely helpful about it.

Really good location, near to Galata tower and other interesting places in Istanbul. The room is all what we needed and is quite beautiful as well. Staff is really helpful as well.

Hotel is small, but rooms are very comfortable. I stayed just for one night and need to wait till the evening, so I was able just to seet on roof terrace. Location is very close to Galatea tower and bridge. I would definitely return for a longer stay

The location was super convenient and very affordable. Right next to several fantastic restaurants and the tram if you want to explore. Galata tower is right around the corner but thankfully, the hotel is tucked away in a quieter street. The staff is super helpful and offered recommendations to restaurants and shopping!

The staff was excellent. They were all willing to help us with directions, recommendations and laundry. The room was cozy and enough storage for our clothes. The room was always clean and we received water every time we returned.

The balcony is okay but we didn’t spend much time there.

The Service was great, the guys at the front desk were super helpful. We had 2 different rooms and they gave us an upgrade so we could have similar rooms.The hotel is indeed small but everything inside the room was just what we needed for a 3 day trip

Loved the location of the hotel. In the center of everything we needed, very close to a tram stop as well. Good value for money. The AC worked great, checkin was seamless. They have an elevator which was great for luggage.

No breakfast included. The room was pretty small ,bathroom even smaller. The hotel is more on the older side, worn out drawers and dirty walls. Trying to balance the hot vs cold water in the shower was a mission. If you are looking for luxury on a budget, this aint it.Good place to lay your head down and rest after a long day of walking Istanbul streets

The hotel stands in a quiet area without parties and noise from cars. Down the street is tramway station and an embankment, nearby there’re coffee shops and restaurants with local, Lebanese and European food. In 10 minuets up the street is located Istiklal, so the location is pretty good. Read the description of an apartment you’re going to book closely, because they have rooms in a basement without windows. Rooms itself are nice and comfortable and cleaning is made every 2 days. Guys on the reception are friendly and always willing to help with anything.

Our first room was in a basement and we didn’t notice that until arrived at the hotel. The air was wet and has the smell of sewer. It’s not a big deal though if you’re staying for one or two nights, because anything else is good.

First, I want to thank the staff for their hospitality and dedication to help us make our stay the best possible. Everything was great, from the location of the hotel, which is in the center of Instabul, at walking distance of mostly major city attractions. The hotel room itself was very nice and clean.
