the room is really good for the money. Also the location is good, near to yenikapi metro station.

breakfast was so poor, same everyday.

Good location, friendly staff and good amenities.

There breakfast is very poor they did not clean there floor, no changing their bedsheets

I did not like any about the hotel

Really nice staff! Position perfect! Full of cip but nice small restaurants! Safe area!

Nice location,clean rooms.

Very small room.

The price was very affordable for the place that we were staying at. The staff also allowed us to make an early check in, and get us to our room at 6 o’clock in the morning. The location was very near for every public transport possible. It was very close to metro, ferry boats, train and the urban buses too.

One time my family member was showering and the water wasn’t even that hot. Also, the electricity card would make noise and stop the electricity every 30 minutes for about 5 seconds, which was very annoying and noisy.

Great location close to everything

I booked a room but the employee gave me another room on the top floor that can only be reached by stairs. It is bad and narrow and there is a smell in the bathroom.

The location was in the Fatih district near to Yenikapi Metro Station. The local shops were very good and was able to get sweets as souvenirs and a very reasonable rate compared to rates at the grand bazaar and spice bazaar. The main road is vibrant with all sorts available and good access to the tourist attractions. The staff are lovely and very accommodating just use Google translate to get by if you can. They arranged a boat tour for us and for our transfer back to the airport at the end of the trip at a reasonable rate and in a nice mini van.Be aware the breakfast is in the reception and drains in the bathrooms are old so can smell a bit but I would return here again. The hotel is very good for the price and the staff is lovely

The only thing is that they didn't have enough blankets and gave towels for us to sleep with though you can use the aircon to make the room warm.

Very low cost option to stay in this area, so overall a good experience. Great location super close to Yenikapi metro, aksaray metro and the tram both close by. Room was compact but comfortable and well appointed, it had everything you needed. Fridge, hairdryer, toilettries etc. Heater and air conditioning both working. Beds were comfortable, shower was good. Wifi worked well. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Twin room requested and confirmed - but on arrival only a room with a small double was available (which wasn't great for us) hotel did change us to a twin room the following day. Breakfast was a pre-plated selection eaten in the reception lobby, rather than a buffet. Wasn't over the moon with this but it was adequate.Hotel guests were SUPER noisy. Obviously not the hotels fault but there was very little soundproofing so did really disturb our nights.

The neatness of the hotel, the breakfast and the staff, also the proximity to the market.Everything is ok

The location is so good. The people are friendly and good breakfast

The staff were very responsive, I easily asked them for modification in my booking, and they did it. They also provided early check-in for my parents. Wifi was really good.

Breakfast is not a buffet. Is packed breakfast.

nothing was good, only good thing was the place but that was even questionable due to the amount of homeless people

the food was terrible, the service was worse and the worst thing has to be the fact that the room smelled like weed. we specifically asked for a smoke free room and then when we arrived the room for our children smelled like weed and in the trash we saw a cigarette.

-price-public transportation -easy to access the sights-fresh towels every day :)

-more toilet paper would have been nice to have

Hospitable staff, great location, clean room, modern decor

Same breakfast menu everyday
