Good service, staff and location

The bed was not comfortable

location. near metro, rail, tourist attractions and a world of restaurants.

room is a bit small. Room was on a busy street side. sleeping was a challenge. no breafast at the facility.

They were very helpful and kind staff.

Electricity was gone for couple of hours and hotel didnt have stuff to recover it.

Location of the hotel is very nice it’s near to many famous places, staff is very friendly and helpful in dealing, rooms are clean and all services provided.

Location wise is very strategic. Very close to Gulhane Station which is convenient. Also a lot of good places to eat which is plus!Special mention to the front office staff Firat who was amazing with his assistance from the laundry to every need that we ask for.

The property could use daily room cleaning instead of twice a day.

Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. Central location convenient for visiting the major sights--Sultan Ahmet Camii, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Spice Market, Galata Bridge. Remodeled hotel is modern.

Rooms in the front get noisy from busy street traffic.

The location is great, staff especially Imran was great in helping and supporting. It's very comfortable.

The rooms need more space. Otherwise, all things were great and value for money.

The people that work in it, Mr Firatbey or Imram, helped me a lot to understand how to move aroundand the location is great

The hotels location is very good, restaurants and cafes are nearby, 1 minute to reach metro, the room is neat and clean.

Staff were very caring, friendly and attentive. If there were any issues, they would try to deal with them as soon as possible. The hotel is clean and new and right beside Gulhane Tram station. The hotel is just in between Sirkeci and Sultanahmet which was very convenient for us.

Location is excellent. 100m to tram stop for T1, walking distance to Archaeology Museum and to Topkapi. Closest restaurants overpriced, better down the hill. Small balcony with mosque view. Helpful staff who booked taxi to airport at reasonable price. Good flat walkin shower, fridge.

Room is small, fine for me but 2 people would struggle to find space for luggage. (Better to remove wardrobe doors and put flat shelf for suitcase). Bed was too hard for me but it's personal preference.

The location is very nice , few steps to the tram station and 5 min walk to Hagia sofia mosque

The bed was not comfortable at least mine i asked other seems only my room had the worst matrass.

The hotel is cozy and renovated. The location is perfect (just one minute from tram station and it is located in the middle of the touristic area). Which makes it amazing spot to stay in. You need only 5- 10 minutes walking to reach most of the top destinations like Topkapi palace, national museum, and most of the beautiful mosques. And you need a maximum of 1 or 2 stops by tram to reach all famous places. Also, you are surrounded by a huge variety of restaurants that make your experience even more delightful. The staff are so nice and helpful. Specifically Emran, he is so nice and always ready to help us in everything we need. Highly recommend this hotel.
