I am very disappointed with this hotel. The bed was not clean and only had a thin sheet that kept slipping off, which felt very unhygienic.The shower was in poor condition: there is visible mold and brown residue in the corners, the drain area looks dirty, and the shower door does not close properly.Most importantly, I was unable to take a proper shower because there was no warm water during my entire stay.There was also a constant unpleasant smell in the room.

So noisy you can’t sleep till the tram stop about 12 and some time 1:00 am Small room , old furniture, poor breakfast

Location was perfect as all main tourist attractions are within walking distance. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Staff are very attentive, kind and friendly.

Breakfast could have had more variation during our week stay.

ProsGreat location to see many attractions, public transport just down the street. They were happy to keep our luggage for few days free. Staff were helpful. ConsBreakfast was not as advertised, only few items even though dishes were not refilled. There was no staff also. Rooms were very dirty with no cleaning in the bathroom. Very tight to accomodate 4 beds (may be suitable for 2 beds). Cockroaches were spotted on the room floor and in the bathroom during the night. Overall may not book this place again.

Location is great everything is close. But breakfast is terrible. You have small table of different dishes. Everything is bad, water is on the back you can’t reach it. And here is only Turkish tea no juice or something else.Don’t recommend taking breakfast here.

Breakfasts were just perfect – delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of options to choose from.The location was also excellent – very convenient and close to everything we needed, whether it was sightseeing, dining, or just enjoying the local area.Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We’re genuinely grateful for the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. We’d definitely love to come back!

The room was way too small and when we got there one bed was missing. The room isn’t made for 4 persons

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the people were very friendly. It was good for the price we paid.

It was a bit of noise from outside as the train crossed next to the hotel

The location was perfect. It was less than 10 minutes walk from Hagia Sophia and round the corner from Gulhane Park. It is surrounded by restaurants and souvenir shops. The tram line is right in front so it was perfect. You can hear the trams from the room but it was something we got used to and didn’t bother us. The breakfast was basic but it was on the rooftop with gorgeous views so made up for it! Staff were extremely kind, welcoming and helpful.

The rooms were tiny with barely any space to walk. The heater was broken and it was freezing cold every night. However, staff did try to fix the problem.

Location is super. Every day was cleaning of the room. You have view from room to Topkapi and Sultanahmed as well. Breakfast in terrace with view.

Room is really small. No chairs in room, only small wardrobe.

I love this hotel! The location is perfect, the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, the rooms are lovely, and the breakfast is amazing.

Everything was great, but I noticed that this time the cleanliness wasn’t as perfect as my last visit. It’s a small thing, but I was a little surprised.

The reception was excellent and we were helped by owner when 1 person lost passport and bag in market.Good people

If the bookings could have dinner in the package This would save time and language setback

like - almost nothing except the location.
