EA EXCLUSSIVE HOTEL ..... This hotel is a MUST STAY Hotel & I WILL STAY AGAIN ---1> SERVICES !!! The staffs are a) Super Friendly & Cooperative 2) Responded to my requirements rapidly, instantly, no late at all, made me comfortable 2>LOCATION is good ... in walking distance(Max 500 Meter) of AIRPORT HAVABUS TAKSIM STATION, EVERY 30 MINUTES MOVES 24 HOURS ( a) HAVAIST BUS FOR ISTANBUL NEW BIG AIRPORT AND ONLY MENTION b) HAVABUS FOR SABIHA GOKCEN AIRPORT) in a very safe zone with all good branded hotels full time Police guarded you can walk even mid night just with common precaution like other cities. 3> NEARBY a) All bus Metro Funicular and others are in walking distance connecting all the places of Istanbul and whole Turkey b)ISTIKLAL STREET is in walking distance all good shopping areas are in walking distance 4>PRICE You will stay in a most higher start hotels area ... so atmosphere is good but compare to all & services price is cheaper indeed.

The hotel is next to Taksim Square and very close to the airport bus(havabus). The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms looked exactly like the pictures. Highly recommended.

Convenient location, cosy and clean rooms

If you love very clean and very comfortable rooms, this is not for you. The hotel is quite dirty and old. But location is good, staff were very pleasant . Their breakfast was delicious. Due to the hotel being full I had to wait until 2 o'clock, so please consider it! Overall 7/10

Location is near taksim square facilities is so good the room was comfortable

The size of the twin bed is too small and the isolation is 0 you can hear the flooding of the water pump

Staff are really helpful, absolutely kind. Location is perfect. Room is renovated, however ours was a little small. Breakfast Ok, tasty, with helpful waitors.

Everything was good overall.The first room we were given was not clean; it was dusty and the bed sheets weren’t clean either.But after we complained, they changed our room and gave us a much better one—it was bigger and clean.The sheets in the new room were clean, although a bit old and had a slightly rough texture.The location of the hotel was excellent. We were close to everything, and the best part was that it was right next to the airport shuttle bus stop, so we didn’t have to spend extra money on a taxi to the airport.Considering the room prices, I think it was worth it and overall, it was a good stay.

It was dirty , bed was full of hair , bed sheets didn’t seem changed, floor was dirty, mold in the bathroom , lamps not working but the worst was the temperature, absolutely freezing and no heating

Near to Havaist bus stop, metro, and Taksim Square.

Elevator too small but acceptable since the hotel is not big also.

Second time at EX everything went well !! Great service , super clean and well managed. Will come back for another experience.

EA Exclusive offers an immense value for money. An excellent, central location, few minutes walking to Taksim Square. It’s very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Sahand, Seyid, and Mettin made our stay an easy one and helped with some good tips for our stay and airport transportation. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a great value for money for a nice stay in the heart of Istanbul. P.S. I went for the largest room they offer. It’s not super spacious, but it serves the purpose nicely ?

Bad

The room was very tight and small and there was no wardrobe available for clothes, also when I was booking from among the services available to provide breakfast, but when I got there they told me I have to pay it was a very bad experience and it was not worth booking

Staff super friendly. Location is great, near bus stop, metro, Havabüs and Taksim Square.

Clearness

The location was great, in the touristic area Taksim square, and close to Istiklal Street with all Shops and restaurants.

The room was super tiny, for 1 person, let alone for 2 people staying. The ceilings were low ( could reach the top of the ceiling with my arm not fully extended), had to walk to the bathroom sideways, no place to store the luggage. The full size bed was tucked so there was impossible to approach it from either side, but from the bottom side of bed. The room had balcony, but the door out to it would not even open fully out due to size. Overall- the description, pictures were misleading at the time of booking with a reality of state of the rooms.

The hotel is located in the tourist block in Taksim square, where you can find most of what tourists would need. It is small and cosy. It offers an excellent quality / price ratio if your aim is to go out and wander all day. It has no extra amenities such as a Turkish bath or a restaurant, just the breakfast area and an on-street coffee shop. It is 200 m away from the bus terminal that directly takes you to either one of the two Istanbul airports.Most importantly the staff is very helpful , the human factor is an addition that improves being in this hotel.

The hotel has a very advantageous location for those transiting through Istanbul: it is at Taksim, which is easily reachable with the direct transfer busses from the two airports. Additionally, the staff has been very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel had everything I expected from a good hotel, but at a better rate.

I stayed in this excellent hotel with my sister and daughters,The hotel is in the heart of Taksim square, the hotel has a nice clean rooms and private bathroom. House keeping were so nice cleaning the rooms every day with fresh sheets and towels. The hotel is in a very good location lots of restaurants and shops , a minute away from istklal street with all the nice shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay in this hotel for my next trip.
