Pros +
- That was no staff We waited a lot and there was no manager but the location is excellent, the security is good and the room is also good
- It was very clean, all the essentials were available
- The location was great less than 350m to taksim , the room was clean, the manager and staffs ware kind and helpful. I really recommend the room for friends and small groups.
Cons -
- The area seemed a little unsafe, but it was ok
- That wasn't folet of the staff but we did ask about the AC , the answer as that the AC is not in work
- Although in the description it is written that the room is soundproof, it's completely false. The walls seem to be thin because you hear everything from the outside or you hear neighbors going up and down the stairs. The good thing is that at night the street is relatively calm. There is definitely a mouse in the room. I heard it making noise at night and the next day, in the morning I saw the package of biscuits being slightly eaten by the mouse.

Comfortable, easy to find, very close to Taksim and transportation. Perfect for my stay.
Good location - close to the pedestrian area and the tourist and shopping street in Taksim. The room is quite large, with good beds, mattresses and nice bed linen. The host let us check-in earlier, met us and carried the suitcase till the 3rd flood, which was helpful. In the room there is a fridge, sink and kettle. It is a relatively good price-value for the room.

The residence is close to all services and also close to Taksim Square and the sea. The area is very quiet.
