Kaan was great with check in procedures. Everything went smooth. The location was perfect in the middle of istiklal. The room was very nice and clean. I had a wonderful time.

This hotel is excellent. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and there is a wonderful hotel/bar/rooftop! It is conveniently located 10 min from the tram station. You can access all the tourist sites by public transportation. Additionally, you are very close to the ferry station. I felt safe walking around the hotel; there were plenty of restaurants for every budget. Most importantly, the staff was helpful and kind. When I return to Istanbul, 100% sure I will be back at this hotel.

The staff are very kind and helpful. They do their best to help out when you are experiencing any kind of difficulty. The location is great since it is near Istiklal street. I did enjoy their laundry service too. The luxury room with bath tub was really beautiful.

Wonderful hotel and great value for money. Very central location, very friendly and helpful staff, lets us check in until very late. Lovely breakfast with an amazing view plus rooftop bars. Rooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds. The staffs left a birthday cake for my partner without me asking which was an absolutely lovely surprise! Would stay there again.

The cleaning staff were quite loud from early in the morning in the hallway which woke us up

it was right at a prison, we had to check out the same day 3 hours later because it was too much stress, the rooms were way too small, the toilet didnt clean, stains on top. the shower water made my wifes hair oily, i didnt know that this would be possible.. the building is over 107 years old, that doesnt mean that they cant fix the broken floors, something like this is logical, if something breaks apart or is about to break then you renovate. i cant relate to nothing there, the first room we got was so horrible that i paid an extra 90€ for another room, we checked out hours later because of the smell and our safety/health

Excellent location and staff. We traveled more than 24hrs and when we arrived we have our room decorated since is our honeymoon. Also, the rooftop was amazing including the food of the hotel. Mussa was very attentive and coordinated our taxi at 5am including a lunch box: sandwiches and fruits. Thank you!

The property is located very close to Taksim and the metro station which is a huge plus. Value for money is exceptional as the facilities and furniture are excellent for the price you pay. The building has an outstanding restaurant and bar on the roof overlooking Istanbul. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable.

The room I stayed in was absolutely amazing. Really cozy and beautiful. The bed and the pillows are super comfortable. The location is great too.

It does get noisy at night sometimes. It's a beautiful old building but the walls are quite thin I guess.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. Everything was clean, well organized and comfortable. The view was absolutely amazing and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
