Union Hotel Karakoy

Staff at reception couldn’t have been more helpful. Plenty of options provided for what to do and when. Always up for a chat and to help out with any and all requests. Room view was maybe the best I’ve ever had and room was spotless!

The staff members! Everyone was so kind and accommodating.

Location was great and view was amazing ??

The walls are a little thing so expect to hear the neighbors

The place was very clean, and all the staff front desk and other employees were extremely kind and welcoming.I honestly did not expect a boutique hotel to be at such a high level; it truly exceeded my expectations.I would like to thank every single staff member. I only wish I knew their names so I could mention and thank them individually here. One of the reception staff members was especially kind when I asked him to recommend some good restaurants in Istanbul, and I am very grateful for that.Thank you to him and to the rest of the team.It was a wonderful experience for my first time in Istanbul, and I will definitely repeat it ❤️

I really loved everything about this hotel. SeaView from this hotel is fabulous ??. Location is perfect ?. Hospitality is wonderful.

Room is a bit small, but it is okay. Missing closet for clothes.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They really were the standout. My room was quite large and comfortable and clean. It wasn't cheap. Room was on a busy street - which was quite noisy at night.

Plastic mattress protectors. I appreciate the need to protect the beds, but cotton would be better. In middle of summer, these protectors make for a very sticky and uncomfortable sleep.

The room was really comfortable and above all the property is very clean. Yusuf and Ahmet were super friendly and helpful. The location is also very central, close to public transport and near tons of eateries.

The location and its clean and the staff were nice and friendly, anytime I’m coming to Istanbul I’ll stay in this hotel

It was a clean property, the staff were wonderful, the location and room views amazing. Highly recommend this property

Nothing, no complaints

The staff were extremely cooperative and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and they were happy to arrange anything we requested without hesitation. The reception team was especially welcoming and supportive, assisting us with everything we asked for in a very professional and friendly manner. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

The location is excellent. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from either the tram to take you to the historic district or the metro line to take you to the airport. You can also walk right up the hill to the Galata Tower. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable with great views.

I can't think of anything that would be better.

Clean perfect location and nice staff

Every thing was perfect , nice hotel and location , lovely team specially Anna and Azaz very kind ?

Location and view

Honestly everything is good but because it’s winter they turn off the AC which to us is hot ?

Perfect location. The room is immaculate. Astonishing view. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about the city.

I wish they can offer breakfast

They did great job upgrading my room without askingI appreciate Mr.Qasim he has a wonderful smile and welcoming attitude

Welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff. Very big room when comparing to ones in old town. The water pressure is good to hv good shower. The key is problem is quickly solved when we hv electricity issue.

The hotel staff was very helpful. The view from our room, incredible

It was in an odd neighborhood catering to construction workers. Our hotel concierge directed us to an extremely expensive ( and not amazing) restaurant and recommended the most expensive Turkish bath

The room was clean and cozy. The hotel is within walking distance of major attractions.

Location, staff and view. Convenient to transportation, view to the river and panorama of Istanbul awesome, and staff very hospitality oriented!
