Aston Hotel Taksim

Location. Clean. Staff very friendly

The room not sound proof as advertised. Balcony view. No breakfast as advertised

i love the room, balcony and the neighborhood!

Aston hotel is quite close to taksim square, istiklal street and transportation

Cleaning service sometimes forgets to add water and the bed is not neat...

Location OK, Clean, polite staff,

Very welcoming staff, good location close to the public transport connections, many restaurants, pubs around.

Property was good but little bit small for family, but maintain good condition. If you are single or couple it was perfect. And location was near from the taksim square and alot of public transport.

The area is perfect and also reception

The house cleaner not gd everything not clean

First of all, its location is great at the center of Taksim. You can easily access night life, transportation or shopping. The staff was very kind and polite. Another important thing for me was hygiene, Bathroom, sheets, room all of them was already cleaned when I checked in and they kept it clean with daily maid service.

"Our stay at Taksim Aston Hotel was fantastic! The staff was welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring. We loved the amenities, and would definitely stay here again!"

The hotel doesn't have breakfast facilities.

For this price it was a bargain and the staff were friendly so our 1 week stay was as comfortable as it could get for the budget we chose

The hotel appears to be newly renovated and clean. The staff are friendly.

Unfortunately, we encountered a problem beyond the hotel's control. There was a breakdown in the street. The water was cut off until the next day.Even electricity to the elevator and air conditioning were cut off.

Nice location, great staff

Windows was blocked by a wall. Ig it is Istanbul after all.

The location is extremely close to Taksim square, the staff is kind and respectful. The room was nice, but small. For the price paid I recommend the location.

There was a smell of cigarettes in the bathroom. I recommend paying more attention to the cleaning of the bathroom.

Location

Cleanliness could be better! Despite daily housekeeping, found some hair on my bed on several days.

I loved the customer service and help offered by the hotel attendants, loved the comfort of the beds as well as the location, very close to a lot of shops and the other store owners on the street are lovely and all very accomodating

The staff are very friendly and they checked us in early and gave us an upgrade free of charge. They were all very helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is close to the metro station and to other attractions in the area.

A bit noisy at night especially when you keep the window open. The smell of that bathroom was bad at times.

Quiet rooms and helpful staff

No breakfast .. there was sometimes bad smell coming out of the toilet

Very good value for money and very attentive staff.

Our room was so close to the next building that it felt like a prison cell and there was no air movement.

Mustafa on reception was very helpful when I told him I got overcharged on a taxi. He even managed to get me some of the money back! Nice, comfortable hotel in a good location.

No breakfast served.Location was very easy access to metro station, Taksim Square and istikal street.
