Victory Hotel & Spa Istanbul

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the team was very friendly, I was very pleased, the breakfast was great,

The location of the hotel is perfect, there are lots of varieties in breakfast, And everyone is caring from the entrance to the exit. You feel as safe as at home, thank you Mr. Emre and Guven.

All satisfying.

Prime location nice and clean very nice breakfast very staff

Need to upgrade that be icing on cake

It is very near to grand bazaar and other shops and the staff were very nice. The housekeeping Maya also did a fantastic job and was a very nice person.

They are not flexible in terms of check out time and we had to stay out for 8 hours without a room

The location of the hotel is very central and it is easy access within 10-15mins to all the major landmarks, restaurants and shops. The Spa area was very modern, really clean, in much better state then the hotel itself.

The rooms are very basic and didn't quite allow for family to comfortably stay there. We had additional single bed put into the room which were not able to book online. The hotel staff did try and help. The breakfast was again basic and the selection was very limited. The drinks machines were not filled up all the time. The bathroom in the room had a shower which was constantly facing the wall and it was not possible to move this centrally. On the first floor WIFI was on and off however if you had a room on the 3rd floor or above WIFI coverage was great.

Son emplacement , the room was a disaster no windows no air the door opens hardly

It is old and everything is old , prices are super high comparing to the services and the rooms The staff are okey The cleaners are good

The stuff The location

The room was kind of smellyOld and outdated furniture Some of the lamps didn't workVery uncomfortable pillows The pool was not hot enough

Great location second time staying here .

Pillows were very flat

Very kind and flexible staff - Mr. Güven as manager of reception and his collegues are ready to solve all the problems.

The location is perfect, if you want to visit the old city with all its monuments. The staff are extremely friendly, specialy the receptionist Guven who's a helpful, profesionnal and intelectual person, speaking several languages and giving reliable advices.

the proprety could be more clean.

The staff were super friendly , especially Guven and the other manager when I checked in .Their english was very good .The breakfast was excellent , they could add some fried eggs or omelettes lol .But was very happy with my stay .. their hotel rates are also very good for this centrally located hotel .Will definitely stay there again .

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Bad bathroom didn’t lock it smell mole in bathroom sink leak dust everywhere

It was nice and clean good service and thanks to mr guven and the others for help

The location is great. The breakfast is a nice one. All the staff is friendly

Quite old building

Location is super.

Airconditioner did not working. No view - some ventilaion shaft.

It was a pleasant stay, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool was really cold

The location is perfect

The water in pool was always cold and the rooms are to small

Poor

The walls of the room was so thin that we were able to hear the next room and in the lobby and we weren't able to sleep almost all night, which was very uncomfortable and annoying. Also, the AC didn't work.

Personal very obliging & pleasant...Maya, Cahit, Ahmed, Mustafa, & chefs

The location was very very good. Staff was nice and sweet especially the lady clean so sweet.I loved the hotel. Thank you

You can hear the noise in the room next to you even if they are just talking to each other
