The manager looks at my girl suspiciously and sends gifts to the room under my clothes.

Excellent location Many cafe restaurants retail shops nearby Train station n havaist are nearby too Many buses serve this area

Staff were very helpful, rooms were very clean and room service was amazing very impressed with it. Great family size bedroom and a variety of breakfast

I did find airport transfer cheaper on other website but apart from that everything else was perfect

1. The good attention and hospitality from the staffs, from the moment we arrived, and checking out immediately help with our luggage, without us needing to do it. Room equipped with kettle, sajdah

There are 3 steps at the entrance, to reach lobby. Warning if you have mobility issue or need wheelchair

The location is top ! Close to everything and very well connected with public transportation ( bus, metro, tram ..) The breakfast was always the same but good enough for the price . The staff are really nice , they were really welcoming and helpful each time we needed them.

The rooms are a bit too small. Cleaning service did not come automatically, as there were no cards in the room indicating whether we need cleaning or not. So we had to ask each time for cleaning in the reception.

Excellent location, friendly staff, good service. The hotel is clean, rooms with all amenities. The breakfast was excellent!

The location is very good, 2 minutes from the metro and tram station.breakfast is very diverse and niceroom is cleaned every dayVery safe family otel

Breakfast was rich and well served. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is good, very near Aksaray metro station and walking distance to HV-12 bus stop that takes to Istanbul airport.

The hotel is close to the metro and going to various places was easy. Very convenient

Very comfortable bed and great breakfast

I liked the hotel, the location was very close to metro, tram and bus stops, it was possible to walk to the historical places of the city. There was Historia AVM nearby for shopping and Istanbul Police for security. Breakfast was varied and fresh. The hotel is a good choice for single travelers and families at an affordable price. The staff of the hotel were very helpful in solving the related issues I faced. Special thanks to Ahmet, Jalal and Abbas bey!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is great. It is next to metro stration/bus/ and tramway. The staff were amazing and very helpful especially Yazan who made sure we get the best stay ever. I am very pleased. I totally recommend. ❤️(the area is very safe and there are many exchange offices nearby)

More diversity in breakfast would be great.

Nothing at all! The worst experience in my life.I jusr never experienced something like this before. If you open a hotel, you should care about your facilities and complaints of the customer.

To start with we stayed 7 nights in this hotel and it was the worst experience i ever had in my life, the photos posted on the website and booking are just old pictures, the place look normal from the outside, but once you go into the rooms is just unbelievable, there is no hygiene/ small rooms, dirty and on top of that the reception people are soo rude, disrespectful and no care for the customers complaints. Our room was never cleaned in those 7 days, we had to beg for toiletpaper. Please stay far away from this place! The area outside is super super loud with music playing till midnight, not safe for kids at all! We

Location and staff was excellent. I probably gonna use again when I go to Istanbul. Also breakfast was amazing.

My room might be far from wifi so it was hard to connect sometimes. Also room was bit small.

Good location from and getting to the airport, nice place to stay for a couple of days close to transport, decent breakfast

Customer service needs improvement
