Hotel promised non smoking room, But all rooms are smoking.

Staff is ready to help.You can call and ask if you need an iron or other stuff.Breakfast is really delicious. Chief Murat Yusel is really kind and helpful!Room is cleaned and ready every morning alongside refreshments.There is bus station from which you can go to Kadikoy or other destinations.

It’s so quiet.. the people working there so nice, helpful..and honest.

The room is good and fully equipped.

The front desk manager, Mehtinaz, she was lovely. There was an afternoon receptionist who was wearing glasses, he was amazing and extremely helpful. The guy that worked late afternoon to evening behind the bar was very helpful too. The woman that cleaned the room every day was so sweet and so hardworking. The two older guys at breakfast were grumpy, a bit rude and not very accommodating. The seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

Maybe a bigger choice of bfast items as it was quite limited.

The location is perfect for medical purposes, close to many clinics. The staff were very nice. It was clean and the room was very pleasant.

Staff was very helpful whenever we had questions or concerns. Very friendly and polite.

Pillows were too thin, but otherwise pretty comfortable stay.

The breakfast was nice, and location was slightly up the hill.

Too many people smoking and smell could get into your room hard to get rid of it as I am non smoker

It was conveniently located.

Kitchen was shut at 3 pm however it was advertised 24/7. They charge for juice in breakfast buffet.

Cleaning lady throw away our bag with box in it which contained brand new shoe, after tja she rearenged our closet and suitcaes., They told that they will check and then waited for our check out time and told us that need more time. No one from menagerial staff didn't contact us and they ignored us for last 24hours

I sended my arrived hours. When I arrived to the hotels they give me a superior room, but in the morning they change me the room ! When you give a gift and after 12 hours you take back.....

I loved the personal very smiley every person working there very friendly place is very clean I will definitely stay there again

the staff was lovely and very polite. they were very helpful and my room was spotless whenever i went out , they made me feel welcome , the clearer were polite and they tried the level best to communicate but we got there by sign language, in that hotel they have got lovely staff on and trust worthy too , i would come again and tell my family and friends to join in but food is a big problem , i have to say Turkish people are generally lovely to get along with

there was a massive language barrier. we couldn't communicate properly, we had to use Google translate but there was only 2 people who could speak English one at the main desk and he was lovely and polite and the other staff were too and one of the chef who could speak English he was helpful , the food was different , it was all Turkish food , they need to start making English breakfast like egg n toast , beans n toast and English tea bag if English people come there

The pillows were the worst ever. It was lumpy and so uncomfortable. The bathroom is not the best as it is in need of a revamp. The windows had curtains that were too short for it letting the light in.

The bathroom is a bit old. The curtains are not wide enough to cover the entire window. The shower head in the bathroom doesn’t work. The breakfast is not worth getting for as it is a simple Turkish breakfast and does not cater for foreigners.

Rooms were clean

Very noisy room - windows Dont block out sounds, so not very quiet as it is close to a dance club and a street.Breakfast was only one option... Same thing everyday... No options. Not great ans not willing to even just substitute it for plain eggs. Not even juice included in breakfast..No pilliow options for room

We got free upgrade to bigger room. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

If you value good car parking, this hotel is not a good option. Parking was small (less than 10 parking places) and you need to leave your car keys due to double-park.

the room was surprisingly nice and spacious, people at reception were helpful and spoke good English.

mold on the bathroom ceiling, aircon didn't feel like it was doing anything.

All staff were very friendly and helpful.Like call for taxi,booking Covid testing and etc.Very clean place and close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy,dyuner Kebap and etc.
