One of the best hotels in Istanbul around taksim and istiklal st , everything was so good Room was clean and comfortable Ali and Artin the receptionists , best guys, so helpful and great Strongly recommend this hotel , you can’t find better options in that location

The breakfast should be changed because it was the same breakfast routine everyday You should change the items in breakfast between time and time is better advice

Near the center of that area in Istanbu

The area around the hotel is very noisy at night.. The breakfast was very poor. A fried egg with bread and a small tea.

The hotel’s location was the best thing about it! It was just on Istiklal street where we could easily find various restaurants, cafes & bars. A little 10 min walk from Taksim Havabus/Havaist station and 5 min from metro. The breakfast is basic but freshly made instantly

Excellent location walking distance from airport havabus and in the heart of animated area. You will find a bit difficult to sleep though because of night clubs near the hotel but it wasn’t an issue. Staff was very friendly, my flight was cancelled and they kept the room for us till the second day. Beds are very comfortable and the room was very clean.

The breakfast can be a little bit improved but can’t complain for the price so still a good value for money.

Location and hotel representatives

Air conditioning in room 402 automatic mode and in corridor not in the room which hard to reach the desired temperature. Room cleaning until 2 PM only which not suitable if you leave after 2. Hot water weak pressure and some time no hot water for showers. Around 9 steps in order to reach the elevator but representatives helped in luggage. Weak privacy between rooms we could hear all talking and f**k in 401 which not suitable for family to hear

Location is great. Ali at the reception is a good person and helping me in my tours and also upgrade my reservation to be in a standard room for two nights without extra fees. Thanks Ali.

Breakfast is typical for the three days ..no changes at all which is boring!

Property is a corner away from Estiklal street and not on the very steepy side of the road, which is good. Close to shopping area, good food locations and pubs. Accessible to trams and metro station since its just 5 mins walk to Taxim Square. Breakfast is just right.

Pretty basic and staircase is steep but good they have elevators to upper floors. Less likely to accommodate early check in.

Every thing actually starting from its perfect location in beautiful surrounding atmosphere , well occupied comfort room , most friendly and helpful receptionist especially Aly they upgraded my room without asking them I really enjoyed my stay there and the next visit to Istanbul I will definitely stay there ,Thank you Aysa hotel staff for making my trip to Istanbul perfect keep it up ?? .

The staff was great, very friendly and helpfull.The location is really good, in the heart of Taksim and very close to the metro station. The breakfast was good althought it was the same every day. The room was clean and the bed comfy.

Not alot of things.The room was a little bit small so maybe I'd book a bigger room in the hotel.

Value for money

The morning stuff refused to change bed sheets as it was dirty and after asking him several times he accepted but was very angry. The midnight stuff was very friendly and always helpful in carrying our baggages. The location was great but after 10 pm it is very dangerous crowded with money girls and drunk people. Generally istanbul is not best destination as turkish people are very rude and if you understand thier language you will know that they spill you depending that you don’t understand what they say !! But unfortunately i know Turkish language very well !!’ Turkish people was the worst and thieves everywhere take care !!

Nothing really

The room was classic I love it. It was clean.The staff was polite and helpful. They give us one hour extra for the check out too. Location was perfect near to Istiqlal street (in the center).

The room was small, but not bad. The shower area was small too. Also the door were glass so it is transparent.

The receptionist was really nice.. location was good but it was noisy at night.

Noisy at night

The staff was great and very welcoming as well as helpful (and 24h service). The location is fantastic, walking distance for almost everything. Definitely not as noisy as I have read in other reviews.Breakfast was good (had read reviews that indicated otherwise, but either they have taken the feedback - which is a big plus - or prior reviews weren't very correct)

Room was really basic, but honestly it served our purpose and for the price I would not deem it an inconvenience.The rooms were soundproof from outside, but not inside. Meaning that you could basically hear everything happening in the corridor, or even in the reception (since we were on the first floor). We did not have problems during the night to be honest (were really tired) but wanted to take a nap in the afternoon and it was a bit of a problem with people going up and down of the stairs (elevator was accessible via those stairs).As a suggestion, if they could slightly improve the soundproofing of the doors, that would really be a great bonus.
