I don’t like that there was no air conditioner. It was warm, and they switched it over to heat, and it was extremely hot in our room

I liked the property

The hotel does not offer breakfast but when you just step out of the hotel there are plenty of choice to enjoy a famous Turkish breakfast (yammie!!!). I was impressed how clean room is with all the items you might find only in the hotels of higher rank. It is well located in the streets with restaurants and cafes (100s of them), close to metro and ferry station on the Bosphorus.

I stayed only one night, everything was really great, the room might be a slightly bigger but for a short stay it does not make much of importance.

Location is good, staff is mostly helpful, and the place is clean and well maintained.

This is the only mid-range decent hotel at the location, and just at the end of gastronomy / food street, which is mostly cafes with a lot of sameness in the experience.There aren't many real dinner places around, and that's understandable. If the hotel throws in a digital neighbourhood food guide that would improve the eating experience for guests. Keeping an up to date list of vendors by cuisine type on the website shouldn't be that much of an effort, it can be updated per season.

I liked Location, access to public transport metro train,staff and mosques around.

The room size was very small even though in the booking system it was captured as deluxe. However staff offered me different room but anyway room size to be improved.

It’s clean, the location is good ..

Actually the room size and the bed size are both very small.. the bed is for one person but we mentioned that we are 2 when we booked, however everything else was good

The lack of breakfast (I thought it was included for this price, cause it is not cheap), and there were no toothbrush and toothpaste.

Excellent location. New building.

Terrible "smart" electric system that automatically shuts off all connected devices including fridge and AC, resulting in food going bad in fridge all the time and room temperature never cooling. We saw so many customers complaining of the same problem, that their fridge is not working, when the real problem was in the dumb "smart" system that should've never included the fridge. Rooms are extremely small, leaving no room whatsoever for anything else but sleeping. No breakfast facility. If you are in Istanbul for vacation and being in a comfortable hotel is important to you, I strongly recommend against staying in this hotel. My brother and his family cut their 7 day stay short after 2 days and moved to another hotel. My mother also left the hotel after a couple of days and moved to a different hotel.

It’s closed to the sea walking area and it have many restaurants and coffee shops around it also they have vale parking for valuable price and the staff were so friendly and helpful

There was a problem with AC and a little cleaning problems

The location is excellent and very convenient. It’s close to everything – the coast, transportation, and the area is very lively.

Unfortunately, there was a cleanliness issue. We informed the reception more than three times, but the problem wasn’t resolved. Specifically, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned before we checked in.

The loaction is amazing beyond perfect, everything is around you the metro marmaray buses grocery store cafes and the bosphour The rooms are nice and tidy

Nice new hotel. Ok bed, close to Bosphorus.

Very deficient. A/C turned off>>> 29c in room, Means open windows, But noisy restaurant/bar in back, and noisy street until 1:30 AM in front! No fans available, Curtains open for air means mega light all night. Lights turn off when you are sitting in room, power saving? Many bright lights on power board, all night. Hallway doors close very loudly. No chair.Refrigerator still does not work, Overpriced

We did not like anything really

It had no direct parking and the valet parking was not there all the time. To the point that my car had to be parked by a by standing guy friend of the reception guy ? None spoke English properly only one person and very bad knowledge of the language. The last days the hot water went off and they had to move us to another hotel for the last two days Imagine !!

Breakfast was good although I think they could change the menu on a day to day basis. I ate the same thing for four days.

Location was nice, near many restaurants and the river walk.

Hotel was falling apart, like the door trim came off, the room sign fell off, rooms were not being cleaned throughly, etc.

They are not a hospital. There is a very bad smell everywhere and dirt everywhere. We found blood spots on our blanket. Please BOOKING a refund for my reservation as I feel cheated in this booking with my family.

Clean, modern, everything in the room operated digitally, great heating in the winter, friendly staff go above and beyond, directly opposite the bosphorous river, a couple of minutes walk to the Uskudar Meydan/Square

Loved everything about it! No complaints!

Property was clean and in a great location.

Room was too small compared to other hotel rooms I’ve stayed in and barely had toiletries Room was too hot as the temperature was fixed at a minimum. When we complained they said open a window. But it didn’t really make much difference.

Location so close to Uskudar metro, town market, and cafes up and down the street.
