    Pros +

    • The staff was nice. The rooftop was nice. The elevator was nice. Bathroom shower was nice and warm and good water pressure.
    • Nice location, friendly staff, clean, perfectly working amenities.
    • Location, breakfast on rooftop, air conditioning, staff all good

    Cons -

    • The staff wasn’t very helpful in planning my transportation to and from the airport. There was a communication barrier and one of my WhatsApp messages went unanswered. Breakfast was not great – no protein options, no juice, just cheese and bread. I woke up to 8 bug bites on my hand and will follow bed bug protocol when I get home to ensure I don’t bring them home with me. There were bugs flying around the bathroom when I got there. The floors were generally dirty around the property. The walls were banged up a bit in my room.
    • Room a little small. Breakfast could be improved.
    • Strong cigarette smell, building could use a renovation, bathroom was a little small, towels/soap not that great

It’s comforting rooks with the spacious bed and the AC that keeps the room cool! The hospitality in this hotel is excellent and they are always there to help you out when you need anything or recommendations and overall I definitely rate it!

Location is good, 5-7mins walk from Kadikoy central area.

The room is small, old and not very comfortable to stay. Breakfast is included but a bit weird, some bread, veggies, cheese and a variety of spreads…

great staff, will always help whenever you need anything. good location, right by the bus stop, there’s a locanta a few buildings further, a101 supermarket is next door. the room has a doubled window so you won’t hear anything from outside, there’s also AC in the room. very clean and nice place. amazing terrace.

internet was slow sometimes and the neighbor next door was always smoking so we smelled cigarettes all the time but it’s not hotel’s fault

It'a cozy little hotel. The staff is super friendly, there is a receptionist that speaks English and a cleaning lady that speaks Russian. Rooms are cozy and so are the beds, and we had a great view on the Bospor. There is a TV with Turkish programs, a phone and a mid size fridge. They gave us a bigger room free of charge which was super nice. There is a terrace where you can eat breakfast and the view is great there also. The breakfast was pre-packed but it was more then enough to keep us full till the afternoon. You get it with Turkish tea and/or coffee. Location is also great, it's a nice neighborhood with a lot of restaurants and the ferry to the European side of the city is very close. For the price of a hostel you get a little more comfort and a breakfast.

The location was perfect as I needed a hotel that was close to my dental clinic and very close to the ferry port which I used to visit the various tourist attractions like the Hagia Sophia and the blue mosque. The staff of the hotel was exceptional, but one staff , Atug , stood out he spoke English, he was courteous, helpful and gave me lots of advice and solutions on various challenges I had, he was dedicated to his work, he is the kind of staff every employer should have. My only dislike was the TV in my room didn’t have any English news channels.

Very close to the sea terminal, the embankment, it is very good to walk! A big advantage of the Bade Boutique Hotel is central heating in addition to air conditioning. It saved us in the cool March. Hot centralized water is great! In many hotels the water is only from an electric boiler, this is not enough. In almost all the hotels where we stayed, the showers are narrow, you can’t turn around. And in this hotel the shower is spacious, you can dance! The hotel has a warm attitude towards guests. Breakfasts are brought to the room, I think this is a plus, because in the morning you don’t always want to get up early. Tea and coffee during the day are also upon request, the employee Irada immediately brings to the room. For remote workers, this is a great hotel with fast Internet on each floor. You can work in peace, and in the evening walk along the embankment. Everything is clean, very comfortable beds, we sleep like logs. They clean and change bed linen constantly. Double-glazed windows - no noise. The hotel has a wonderful spacious terrace, you can also sit there and enjoy the view of the Bosphorus. What a pleasure it is – you wake up, open the window in your room at the Bade Boutique Hotel, and there – the Bosphorus Strait is sparkling, the bright sun is warming, ships are sailing back and forth, seagulls are flying and screaming very close. And you drink tea, look at all this beauty, thank the Almighty and understand – this is happiness!

The staff was helpful and polite. I was reached out right after I booked my room and I communicated efficiently with them before I arrived and even after my check-out My room was clean and I couldn't ask for something better. Everything was on point.

I loved the location, 10mins walk from Ferry. Quiet location at night. The staff is amazing, they kept my luggage for 2 extra days while I was in Faith without overcharging. Free breakfast was cherry on top!

It's a relatively small hotel and the staff are very kind and helpful. Reception is open 24/7 and communication is very good. Given the location, it is a value for money. Walking distance to Ayrılık Çeşmesi metro station, Tepe Nautilus Shopping Mall, and the ferry station. You get a table that you can use for work or dining, and a small fridge. The bed and pillows were ok.

Cigarette smoke! The hotel has a non-smoking room option, however, that is not true. All rooms are smoking. The problem is not just that the room smells like cigarette as I initially thought. Fresh smoke sneaks in from ventilation and other holes in the room. You can't do anything about it unfortunately. Even if you leave the windows open in the cold the whole day there is just too much smoke coming in. Only choose this hotel if you're a smoker. Also the WiFi was very patchy most of the time and got disconnected frequently. Looked like a local router issue as the signal disappeared completely.

A nice basic hotel in Kadikoy. A bit remote from Rasimpasa/Osmanaga crowds but that's also better in some sense.Turkish breakfast was a nice thing to experience

The lighting within the rooms is terrible. Dim 6500K bulbs make everything look miserable. A bright setup with 3000-3200K would change the whole experience

"My stay at Bade Hotel Istanbul exceeded expectations in every way! The staff was extremely attentive and professional. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, providing excellent value for money. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Istanbul. The combination of outstanding service, cleanliness, and comfort made my stay truly memorable. I particularly appreciated the exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of the hotel's operation. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!"

The location is excellent, with a seating area that has a sea view. The cleanliness was good, and the staff communicated well. I was very satisfied.

Great experience. For the price, it’s an excellent hotel. The hotel is located on the Asian side of Istanbul. I usually spend time on the European side, but since it’s often crowded and doesn’t feel as safe, I decided to stay here this time. The hotel’s location is excellent—you can get to Beşiktaş in 30 minutes by ferry. There’s a metro within walking distance that takes you to Taksim. The hotel feels very safe, and the staff is extremely friendly. Also, the owner doesn’t treat you like just a customer. When I arrived, they mentioned that I was a guest and that they’d assist if I encountered any issues outside the hotel, which really surprised me. Wonderful people. I had a fantastic stay. Thank you for everything.I didn’t encounter any negative issues.

They offer a decent breakfast. In many hotels, breakfast isn't included at this price. The hotel is in a very central location, right on the main street. Many hotels in Kadıköy are in side streets, which doesn't feel as safe to me. This hotel, however, is both central and located on a quiet street off the main road. It’s incredibly close to transportation options like the metro, Marmaray, Eurasia Tunnel, and the ferry. There's also a shopping mall just five minutes away. The staff is very attentive and polite. For the first time in a hotel, I didn’t experience any issues with the Wi-Fi. Plus, the terrace offers a full sea view, and there are seating areas available. The price was reasonable as well.

Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. It's a really nice place. Maybe the breakfast could have a bit more variety. The terrace has a beautiful view and could be utilized even better.

    It needs improvement.

The toilet wasn’t clean when I came. This pictures weren’t the same as what we saw. The property is old and has a diminished value. The rooms weren’t bright also. Take note and make improvements. Only the heater was working and the Air conditioner was half way opened, maybe it was in the process of being repaired but it wasn’t working also.

Location is good 10 minutes walk to Ayrılıkçeşme metro station Marmaray, 10 minutes walk to Kadikoy Ferry Station and downtown. quiet neighborhood at night, personel was very nice. Everything in the room was clean with extra bed, dinning table, air conditioner works fine, refrigerator, TV ( we didn't use it). Breakfast was nice (same every day), you can have it at your room or at the terrace all you need to do is call the reception. Our stay in this hotel was 10/10Number of our room was 503.
