Great staff. Comfortable room. Didn't love the breakfast.

Staff was great, especially thanks to Dundar and Abidin. The location is nice as it's close to lots of public transportation options(metro, bus, mini bus). For me it was a great place to stay.

The location is really great. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way and were very attentive. The breakfast was really tasty.

Guest have to make a reservation & pay to use the fitness facility at the hotel.

The location is far away (not easy walking distance) from the Bagdat Street and attractions. The rooms are small, and not good sound proof. It is not a family hotel. We didnot feel comfortable with my daughter

For me, the location was the best. Not so far away from Bagdat Street. Stuff were extremely polite and kind. Breakfast was very rich and plenty. Whenever I visit Istanbul, this is the place I would definitely stay.

Close to one of the busiest street, no time to time it was bit noisy.

The place is clean, affordable and comfortable.The Front office was very welcoming especially “Ayşe” who was extremely helpful and kind.The breakfast was wonderful offering more options than expected,and the staff greeted every guest warmly.The Food was delicious, and the service was excellent especially “Dündar” (if i remember correctly).He showed us the nearest metro station and explained how to reach the airport easily.

The location is okay, 10 mins walk to the metro station. The staff are nice, the rooms are big.The breakfast was ok, but not very special, you can have better breakfast and cheaper at the cafe next door.

I stayed on 1st floor, there was constant noises and pounding of doors regularly. Im not sure if it was other guests or loading dock, but it was really annoying.

The breakfast needs improving. The gym is always locked. It needs to be more accessible.

The following day we went to the airport, the location is not far from the metro station.

1 The receptionist has a strict face, he didn't greet us when we arrived, it was not easy to communicate with him in English.2 we booked luxury rooms with more than 20 square metres, but first we got small rooms with 13 square metres, after communication, we saw an interesting and severe fight between the receptionist and the cleaning guy , finally more than 1 hour later we got the right rooms.3 seemed they rushed cleaning the rooms, the result was not satisfying at all, especially the toilet.4 the lobby and the corridors of each floor smelt like the pee of cats.

The Room was a little cold and the heater dried the air too much, to leave it on the whole night

We stayed for five nights, and while the staff were generally helpful, our experience was not entirely pleasant.Positives:•The bed was comfortable.•The reception staff were polite.•The location was good and within easy reach of the Marmaray station. •They were generous with providing bottles of water whenever I requested. Negatives:•The pillows made me sweat a lot, which affected my comfort.•The room was quite small and very dusty, which aggravated our allergies. Despite informing reception, the room wasn’t properly cleaned—only the beds were made, and sheets were not changed throughout our stay. The dust affected our sleep, causing coughing at night.•The windows, which opened inwards, were shockingly dusty when I tried to let in fresh air.•The breakfast area was too small, and we had to stand and wait for a table multiple times. The staff in the breakfast area were not friendly or helpful.•The quality of breakfast was inconsistent—some days pastries were fresh, while other days they were rock hard. On the third day, both the green olives and tomatoes had mold, which was completely unacceptable and a serious health hazard.•The taxi service arranged by the hotel was frustrating. We were told it would take 7 minutes, but after 20 minutes of waiting, we decided to find our own taxi. The hotel’s driver arrived late and tried to force us to take their taxi at an inflated price (1,700 TL vs. the 1,000 TL offered by the taxi we found). This left a bad impression, as it seemed like a money-making scheme at our expense.Overall, while the hotel had some positives, the lack of cleanliness, poor breakfast experience, and the taxi issue made our stay disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it unless they improve their standards.

Nice staffOur first room on the ground floor was dark and cold. However, after our request, we got a better room.

We liked the cat from the hotel comming at the hotel every morning and giving you a positive energy. The staff was very helpful (especially Sude)

Great location, friendly and helpful staff.

The room was not clean up to standards. When I arrived there were multiple empty water bottle undernetah the bed and sticky residue on the floor. Washroom was ohtdated and not cleaned properly. There was a coupke above our room that CONSTANTLY continued making a TON or noise. The husband kept yelling and shouting and talking extremely lousy until 4-5am every single day. Even the last time we came to this hotel we remember this mans voice and it was exactly the same person. They kept waking us up everyday every 1-2 hrs. It was ridiculous as we complained and nothing was resolved. Room was exceptionally HOT! Tried using AC but it was not working
