I’m a regular client of Wish More Hotel in Şişli and I truly love it. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and spa space is amazing. My stay here is always a great and relaxing time. Highly recommend!

The only aspect that could be better is the breakfast offer and area. For a 5-star hotel I’d expect the area to look more adequate - tables should have a table cloth, and the food offer to be a bit better: bread should be fresh, and it would be great if there were fresh juices available or at least juices served in a jar and not from a machine. There was also a problem with coffee and tea that often run out, and no milk available. These are little, but important details that do make a difference and in my opinion just shouldn’t be a problem in a hotel of this class. Hopefully this will change to make the experience even better. I’ll gladly stay here again during my next visit in Istanbul.

Location is central in middle of everything with close walking distance to metro stations

No late check out, they asked us to leave sharp at 12:00 if exceeded will need to pay 50%!!!

I like the hotel because it is clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff are friendly and helpful, which makes the stay pleasant. The rooms are spacious and the services provided are excellent.

Everything was great, the staff is really nice, location is strategic and 10 minutes walking from Osmanbey metro station , very clean room and breakfast is good.

The staff is very friendly. Songul who was responsible for our room was amazing and offered a great service

Entrance is on main road. Difficult to find a place for taxi or vehicle to load or unload. Breakfast quality can be improved.

Some of the staff were not that friendly and their English was not good, making it difficult to communicate.

More likely the cleaning staff.

Staff were unhelpful, they did not help caring luggage when we arrived also they did not help when leaving, the TV screen's channels were not working properly, value of money is too high. Also there is a bad smell in bathroom toilet! Even after cleaning the smell remains bad.

Wish more hotel is a beautiful cute hotel in a very convenient location & its friendly and kind staff especially Mr Hassan , Front desk manager for being professional manager and problem solver.Umut; F&B Assistant manager is super helpful and the best in the team with his friendly, ? attitude and support in everything we needed.Zakeya is the best housekeeper and took good care of the cleanliness and comfort Many thanks to Serkan who was very nice and professional in breakfast & charismatic as well as Asle was so cute and cheerfulEffe was also so helpful and helped us in Translation in English along:)) We shall come back inshalah much love!

Great stay overall. The hotel was clean and comfortable, in a very convenient location. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. Aside from a couple of times when I had trouble getting a taxi, everything else went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The staff was nice.

The steam room isn't working properly.Although I informed the hotel to start it earlier as they requested this, the steam room was never becoming a real steam room as there is a gap at the upper side of the door.

Clean , big rooms and locatiom

There wan no toothbrush, tissues, body lotion and some time no water in bathroom also we call and ordered adapter and tissue but they didn't bring to us

Location 10/10 - in the very busy district of Şişli. Great for shopping and wide variety of restaurants and cafes especially in Nişantaşi. Metro station is close by.Staff 10/10 AC - 10/10Cheese burger :) 10/10 - I tried it last night it was tasty!! Breakfast 8/10 - I wish they add coffee machine like other places. The bakery options are very limited. They have an egg station and their omelette is tasty. Menemen is not as good as other places. Thank you to all staff. They are very friendly and professional and speak excellent English.

I booked the one bedroom Beds 6/10 - We found them not comfortable but others may like them. Pillows 5/10 - need a much softer pillows Sofa/seating 7/10 not comfortable for sitting - I think all sofa beds are not a good option for seating anyway In the picture (both in booking and in the hotel’s website you will see a cooktop/ double burner but it is not there! I was surprised to know they removed it and said photos were “not updated”! I actually booked the one bedroom for this reason to cook breakfast but ended paying for breakfast outside. Thanks to the gentleman at reception who offered a complimentary breakfast the first day.There are no toiletries. Only shampoo and shower gel. Fridge is so small and was making a annoying sound. We asked the reception to fix it but they never sent the technician. The sound is annoying especially at night it could wake you up

Everything was great! Everyone in the staff was nice and helpful, specially Metin bey, Metin Özkan, and two more guys from the reception and security.
