Hotel gave up our room to someone else and cited predatory check in policy. Would not give us refund. Prepaid an entire 3 night stay, they pull the shadiest stuff on the planet. The employee tried to get us to pay him under the table for a random apt

Absolute shady practices, stay away at all cost. Stole our money, tried to scare us into paying them for more. Horrible

Price and Location

Bed is old, the elevator didnt work for 6 days we stayed, 3rd floor 302 has no view, beds are old and uncomfortable, floor beds are not cleaned. The walls are thin and can hear people walking on stairs and above tenants noise.

Very accessible hotel, right in the center of Istiklal street and Galata tower is very near to the hotel plus this is 3 min walk from the taksim square. Loved the room and the bathroom and the host was very helpful and very nice and accommodating.

Everything was good

The room I booked and payed in advance wasn't available because of a problem (they didn't tell me what was the problem, even when I ask). They sent me to another room in another hotel ( cheaper and less rated than this one). No explanation, No compensation.

Really a nice place to stay in Istanbul during your trip first of all i want to thanks DENIZ the receptionist there he was very friendly and helpful the hotel was so clean and calm everything is in good condition also it’s near to taksim square in which you can easil access to everything

Nice property close to Taksim, the room is large and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Dennis who was always there when i needed something and always helpful.

The room need some renovation, water leak in the shower and the toilet, and the Ac is very loud

Everything was perfect! The staff is the best as always! Friendly and always ready to help! The room is clean and cozy! The location is very good, quiet! Near the main street of Istiklal, metro and bus stop to the airport! Highly recommended!

Bad

Last minute changes in our room ,attempts to move us to low cost rooms -solutions.We ask for cancelation without acceptance.They told us that our reservation is not valid because of no in time check in, despite the fact that we were in accommodation area until 3 a.m while searching a solution.We booked a triple room and paid for it too.We managed to stay in a double one without any refound .

Very friendly,the location was excellent,the reception guy helped us with everything.Highly recommend it

The location was good, but the windows didn’t block any noise from the street, making it impossible to sleep at night.

The room was filthy and reeked of cigarettes. It was freezing inside, but the air conditioning didn’t work. The Wi-Fi kept cutting out, and even the towels were worn out and full of holes.

Terrible experience – Avoid this hotel!

I had a horrible experience with this hotel and strongly advise against booking it. Upon arrival at La Pazza Suites, the owner informed us that there was a “problem” with our room (which I highly doubt) and insisted on taking us to another hotel he also owns, BRK Dreams Suites Taksim. After a 15-minute walk, we arrived at this second hotel, which was nothing like what we originally booked.Instead of the triple room we had reserved, we were given two separate rooms, which we assumed was a goodwill gesture to compensate for the inconvenience. However, later that evening, at 9 PM, the hotel staff rudely confronted us and accused us of trying to take advantage of the second room. They forced us to return the key, claiming that the room could no longer be sold, and threatened to charge us extra. This was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.To make matters worse:•The room was filthy, covered in dust and ants, and in terrible condition.•The water heater was noisy all night, making it impossible to sleep.•The room was nothing like the one advertised on Booking.com.•The staff treated us like thieves and falsely accused us of having extra guests, seemingly in an attempt to extort money.This hotel is dishonest and untrustworthy, and the way they handled the situation was completely unacceptable. I strongly urge Booking.com to investigate this place and remove it from their platform to protect future travelers.Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere!

Good location, comfortable bed, very friendly English speaking guy at the reception

It was quite cold in the room, but with the extra blanket it was alright

It’s near all shops, and can reach where ever you want, and receptionists are so helpful when needed.

When we arrived at the hotel we were told to go to another nearby hotel. location of that hotel was great, however it was old and the room didn’t look like the pictures at all. Staff was friendly.

I had an amazing experience at La Pazza Suit! The service was exceptional, and the suit was absolutely stunning. The quality, attention to detail, and fit were all top-notch. When I arrived, I was said that booking.com had made a mistake and they didn’t have any rooms. But I was proposed to spend a night at another hotel with no extra payment, it was a goodwill gesture.

But the room that I supposed to spend this night was much worse: very small, without windows, thin walls and very noisy till late night..

The location is excellent, close to Taksim.

We have other reservation for another day since we check out for the Cappadocia tour, but they cancelled our reservation without notifying us. The reason they used it was that the credit card was not accepted, in fact the room had already been occupied by other guests who wanted to prolong their stay. We arrived at the hotel at midnight, and they informed us that the room was not available; they transferred us to another hotel nearby. We were given a room with no windows, a portable AC and a portable heater. We are fine as we are only staying for one night.

The location is great. Five minute walk to metro and Taksim, Istikal street and 15 min walk to Galataport and Galata bridge. Also the hosts are great and helpful.

The bathroom had a lot of mold, and the mattress is not that great. The room needs to be remodeled, the current state is “landlord special”.

This is not the first time I have stayed in this hotel and next time I will also choose this hotel. The hotel is clean, the furniture is good, the bed is very comfortable, the pillows are soft, the air conditioning works. The room is quiet enough, constant cleaning! The shower room has both shampoo and shower gel, hairdryer. The room also has a kettle, refrigerator, safe for storage, TV!I highly recommend this hotel, you will not regret it! The photos on the site correspond.. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture, I did not have time for this, but believe me, the hotel is excellent, a good price corresponds to quality!

I loved the hotel, everything was PERFECT. The reception team was super kind, they helped us in every thing, when we asked for something they tried their best to do it for us. They even gave us their numbers so that we can call them if anything happens. All 4 of them were super nice and helpful till the last day. The location of the hotel is perfect, we were like 10 minutes from the Galata Tower, 4 minutes from the Taksim Boulevard, shops are open every day and all the night till 5 in the morning. Tramway and buses are like 7 minutes away. I ADORED every single thing about my stay.
