Never got to the hotel. Thought I was booking an "airport hotel". It was but the airport closed years ago. Tried to cancel booking.

Nice and clean hotel with many restaurants and bars nearby.

Breakfast was good but not as good as I would expect from Ramada Encore Istanbul. Simit (sesame bagel is the best I can translate it) felt like it was left over from yesterday, and borek (pastry) was dry. Other breakfast items were good quality.

The staff were very helpful. They went above and beyond to help us have a good stay.

It was further from the airport than we expected, but the hotel shuttle service was convenient.

Evening desk manager was grumpy Music playing in the restaurant was full of expletives and had to ask them to change it. Didn't take American Express even though that's what I booked the reservation with.

Charged 20 Euro extra for 13 year old child. The website said that children were included. Not happy about this. At the desk they said child must be 6 or less.

Excellent location for easy access to airport. Restaurants within walking distance. Nice neighborhood. Hotel staff extremely helpful and fluent English speakers. The room is very modern and spacious. Complimentary airport shuttle.

Good bar, friendly people.

Everything was a great experience, for a price which was exceptional. I would recommend it without hesitation.

It is not next to the airport, so it takes about 20 minutes to get there when there is morning traffic.

breakfast: NO SPOONS the first day, the coffee is bad, no bread for toasts, the juice is not good.

room furniture is too old and worn out. the rooms smell of smoke even if I was in a non-smoking floor. There were youngsters the 2nd and 3rd night going back and forth from room screaming. unacceptable

Nice location in Istanbul. There are a lot of local restaurants and cafes nearby of a hotel. Very cozy. And very cheap.

The bathroom was not clean and they don't have a wc brush for cleaning toilets. The hotel pub is too expensive. Workers on reception except the night receptionist didn't want to give me an Invoice because they didn't know that they were obligated to issue an Invoice regardless I made a reservation over Booking.com.

The hotel is Ramada's chain. Rooms are quite big and comfortable. There are all the things you usually expect to have in the room: bathrobe, slippers, water, coffee, tea and a kettle. Staff is friendly and helphul. WiFi is good. Breakfast is good.

The hotel is simple, nothing special. Rooms are not very new, and smell of cigarettes, even if you take non-smoker room. Coffee is not very good. Bar is very expensive.
