Pros +
- Location, breakfast selections, staff being pleasant and helpful, lovely swimming pool.
- The area was close to the Taksim area
- The room was semi clean, and the location was ok.
Cons -
- That breakfast was not included in the room price.
- Yes, did not like our room, thought it was very poor for the money we paid, the hotel for a five star(?) was quite disappointing! Paint peeling in areas they really need to keep up on the details if a five star. Absolutely did not get our moneys worth.
- The beds were very small, not like what was advertised. The room was also very tight, it stated 3 beds but it was more like 3 cots.

The only positive thing was the location.
This was not a 5-star hotel. The shower drain was clogged, never got fixed. Had to call housekeeping every day for new towels to clean up water, but the sheets weren't changed. I ended up having to buy my own TP too. The wifi was also garbage.
Location and room
Location is great and the view from the hotel is amazing. However, it is more like a 4 star hotel, not a 5 star.
great hotel.....satisfied.
wish the bed was not a double...but a queen or king...as we are very tall !!!
