The room is spacious and have all amenities i need. Staff and owner helpful and care about the guest

Everything was great. Well located, kind staff and great breakfast. They even arranged taxi for us on the last day to the airport. They also kept our luggages before check in and we could check in earlier.

the best thing about this hotel is their staff who are always present and make sure everything is right. very friendly and always available for guests, especially receptionist who is a great guy ?the hotel is in a good location, a couple minutes away from tourist attractions. breakfast is quite sufficient with various dishes.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent — close to everything I needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a great value for the price.

Good location in the centre of old Istanbul, walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and other interesting places to walk around. Tasty breakfast. We also had a nice balcony in our room with an amazing view.

The location was very good. Reasonable Walking distance to major sights. Staff was very friendly. There is a laundry place 2–3 blocks away at the ‘taxi station’ where you can drop off your laundry and they will deliver to the hotel. From IST Istanbul airport we took the M11 Metro to the last stop called Gayrettepe. Then we switched to the green M2 to vezneciler. From there, the hotel is 1 mile away by foot, but 1.8 miles away in Taxi. we decided to take a short taxi ride to the hotel because of our suitcases instead of transferring to the purple tram that leaves you in Sultanahmet Square, which is still a few blocks away from the hotel. The two metro lines were very simple and relatively fast. And cheap compared to a taxi from the airport to the hotel. It also gave us the opportunity to familiarize ourselves with the Metro system and get the red Istanbulcart card, which we used for the rest of our stay For the tram and ferries. By the way, we found out when we were ran out of money on the transportation card that we could just tap our credit card to enter the ferry instead of having to add money to the card.

The room was very clean, but a bit shabby looking. The lighting was also dark compared to what I’m used to. But the staff were very nice. And there’s always someone at the front desk so you feel safe. It’s a very good location, especially if you’re only there a few days and don’t wanna waste time on traveling to the major sites.

For the price, the room was so good and spacious.It’s clean as well.

The AC and television wasn’t working.The towel/sheet perfume was too strong. While it’s only 650 meters from tram station, don’t forget, it’s Istanbul, so many steeps and so many cars parking in the road made it harder to reach the property.

Staff working at the reception were super nice, friendly and give a lot of local tips. Location of the hotel is good, just few minutes from the main attraction (although uphill ?)

Breakfast was average at best, I would call it slightly below average... Bathroom was tiny, and already in need for renovation. Generally, prices of hotels in Istanbul are higher than deserved and this hotel is no exception.

We traveled with 2 kids and friends also with 2 kids. The hotel has a great location, a few minutes walk from the center of Istanbul. Also hotel is located in lovely streets and right next to the hotel is a wonderful children's playground. The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast was decent and varied. The guys at the reception are very kind and helpful. We give all recommendations, especially for traveling with children. Thank you guys.

I booked a hotel with breakfast and checked the photos and saw that it had an elevator. Then I went and saw that my room was on the 4th floor. The elevator didn't go beyond the 3rd floor. I took the elevator to the 3rd floor and then took the stairs. This was a very bad experience.The hairdryer was broken.

The service was lovely and they were very accomodating of our big group. The location is also ideal! I stayed at another hotel in the city a couple of weeks later (booked by someone else) and I would much rather have stayed here again.

Such a small thing (excuse the pun) but the sink in the bathroom was so small it was tough to do things like wash your face without making a big mess on the floor.

The walls are a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors the entire time. This made it hard to sleep at times.

Its not my first time in this hotel but all the time hotel staff do Best serve , cleaning was great everyday she work for the guest . All staff smilee and polite. Thank you for all the help.
