Feycem Suites Hotel

During our week-long stay at the hotel, we were impressed by its cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere. The accommodation proved to be comfortable, with our room being serviced on a daily basis.The hotel’s location was particularly advantageous for exploring the city. It was just a twenty-minute walk to some of Istanbul’s most renowned historic landmarks, including Sultan Ahmed and Hagia Sophia. Additionally, the Sea of Marmaris was a mere five-minute walk away, as was the nearest metro line stop, making travel around the city convenient and straightforward. We took pleasure in sampling the food at several of the numerous restaurants situated close to the hotel.Ekrem and the hotel staff were consistently helpful throughout our visit. They were always willing to assist, whether it was arranging transportation, transferring luggage to rooms or organising tours as needed. Great communication made the booking and lodging process seamless.

The hotel is almost a luxury hotel. Beautiful rooms and sparkling clean. The owner is immediately sending you info about Istanbul and how to get around. The location is great and my experience at the Feycem Hotel was a great one.

Everything is ok

The room is very organized and clean.The air conditioner and the fridge were also available.The staff kindly help you with your requests and are very atentive.The sightseeing in the last floor is amazing, you can see the blue mosque and hear the almuecin songs.

The building has 5 floors and there is not an elevator. So the accessibility for people under some conditions would be difficult.

the localisation is at 1mn from tramway station Kumkapi, and everything for visiting. It’s confortable and clean. And the owner is helpfull

The only thing i can mention is there is no elevator.. due to governmental regulations..

Clean, comfortable and accomodating. Staff was friendly as well.Location was great. 1min from tram and in the immediate vincinity of many local restaurants. Also walking distance to the Blue Mosque/Hagia Sofia and other places.My view was the Blue Mosque!

Going up 4 flights of narrow spiral stairs with a big suitcase was not easy, but the staff did help.

Modern , updated accommodation, super shower room, great location 30 yds away from train station. 30 seconds away from many restaurants.

No separate water resource for toilets, not Eastern style.

The lady who checked me in also carried all of my luggage to my room. She was kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. I especially liked the bright lighting available in the room and the large desk work station.. The ac works well and is quiet, and the water pressure is excellent. I enjoyed the balcony attached to the room And, very importantly - the bed was comfortable!The owner, Ekrem, is genuinely committed to making sure that his guests are completely happy. I stayed in three hotels while in Istanbul and Feycem was my favorite one.

I highly recommend this place. Very well located in the old city centre but quiet and everything you need by minutes walk. The room was super clean and the owner very helpful. If you citybreak in Istanbul then don't hesitate to book this accommodation.

Staying at this hotel was a plus to my unforgettable experience in Istanbul. Ekrem, the host, went above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming stay. Zulate, the girl at the reception, was always ready to help with a smile. The room is well equipped with all essentials including heating, mini fridge,kettle, coffee and tea bags. Cleanness is clearly a priority here, upon arrival the room was spotless and it remained this way by cleaning daily. Location wise, major attractions are within short walking distance, public transportation (buses and trams) are 2 minutes away, the stunning Marmara Sea is a 5 minutes stroll, perfect for sunset walks. The nearby area has many fruit shops, bakeries,,and restaurants, offering delicious local flavors. Walking through this neighborhood , you can have a taste of true life in Istanbul. Highly recommend for travelers seeking comfort, culture , and unbeatable location and value for money.

Located in the walking distance (<25min) from the historic centre of Istanbul, this cosy hotel will promise a comfortable stay during your visit. Also, the vicinity has a truly local vibe, with nice and affordable cafes/restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful. I personally asked to keep my luggage after check-out. He kindly agreed to do so. If you are on a budget, I strongly recommend this hotel for a solo traveller.하기아 소피아와 모스크 등 도심에서 25분 정도 걸어가면 나오는 호텔입니다. 우선 주위 물가가 싸고요, 괜찮은 식당도 꽤 있습니다. 주인분도 상당히 친절하셨고 좋은 분위기였습니다.

The location is quite great, supermarket, restaurants are just nearby!!!! Good WiFi and great hot shower and clean ! Staff is helpful and friendly!

There is no elevator but the staff can assist you carry the suitcase.

I have a wonderful stay at Feycem Suites Hotel. The owner makes us comfortable during our stay and he helps us what we needed. The room is clean and suites my needs. The location is excellent only 1 minute to the tram. It is very near to the restaurants and very near to the tourist spots. Definitely I will stay again in the said hotel when I come back to Istanbul. A big thanks to the owner.

Looks like on photos, was a good value for money - I mean actual price around 30+ euro, they practice putting 200+ and heavy discount :)

Overall good, clean room, good bed, close to the historic center, kind staff.The only inconvenience in the room was that the AC was not working. The temperature was slightly cool. Good for woke hours, but for sleep I had to hide under the blanket.During Ramadan the mosque nearby sounds 5 times a day and you can hear it. I had to wake up at 5:00 to get to the flight, so when the prayer started at 5:19 it did not bother me, but it would if I would have been sleeping.

The property was everything I had hoped for. The owner was friendly, no problems with the room & I enjoyed my visit very much.

Here is some polite advice for the owner. He provides a kettle & some small sachets of coffee & sugar to make it with. To cater for the likes of those who like coffee with milk you can buy small UHT sachets of milk for them to use should they wish. In many counties I have visited sweetener is unknown & impossible to find. You are always given sugar which of course is not the best for a type 1 diabetic like me. Sweeteners can be offered to cater for everyone who know sugar is actually bad for you!The last thing, which would be a nice gesture, is to replace the 2 free water bottles as well as the coffee etc each day when your room is cleaned. I understand this is extra cost but little improvements enhance your guests experience. What really ANGERED ME & I CANNOT STAND IS THIS!The owner a day before departure pressured me into LEAVING A 10 PONT REVIEW! In other words a perfect review. I of course know the importance of reviews in business 2025 but what should never be done is to ASK FOR A SPECIFIC REVIEW (100% OR PERFECT)By all means ask the customer to leave a review but let them decide not pressure them! I EXPECT THE CURRENT 9.8% SCORE IS NOT ACCURATE BECAUSE OF HIS TACTICS. It will probably be a 9%? A huge difference as only a few places ever get to 9.8% & of course I now know why. It is important to note if he had said nothing about a review I would have left him a 10 point 100% review. Being one of the very few honest people left in the world I hope this is a valuable lesson to the owner to let customers decide for themselves what score to leave in a review not actually ask for one! One last thing, he also pressured me as to what time I was checking out? I had no idea as I was going to check out when I woke up before 11am! I understand he wanted to tell the cleaner, but the cleaner should start at 11am (check-out time) so as not to pressure customers to leave before.
