I liked the cleanliness and the rooms in general. The location is near a lake with many bars around that lake.

- Breakfast is quite modest for a 4 star hotel- It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the metrobus station

I have visited with my partner, but hotel management did not permit to stay together because of the not same surname. They said it was because it was a family hotel. I'm not sure if they do that for all guests. I don't think they could do that for a foreign visitor,

Everything was very clean and neat, breakfast was great, staff was very helpful and friendly

Brand new hotel finished to a high spec. Rooms were comfortable and had everything you would expect from a modern hotel. View across the lake is beautiful.

We had come from the centre of Istanbul so the area seemed quiet. 30 minute taxi ride back into the centre so do your research on the area before visiting.

Breakfast was not good, Daily cleaning and daily charging were not done.

The location is nice and quiet

They declined my guest from coming in saying I could not take a guest. We offered to get the guest a new room same issues all over. The policy of no guest was not stated during check in. Sadly they requested for marriage certificate for my colleague and his girl friend. After telling them they were dating the receptionist said the owner of the hotel would not permit. That was really absurd and unbelievable.

The location of the hotel is superb. You're 1 minute away from the lake, astonishing view, a beautiful park where locals go for a picnic and for a walk in nature, a lot of restaurants (great traditional food and happy vibes), the streets are clean, the neighbourhood quiet and very safe. Yet, you're close to transport and there is convenient parking right in front of the hotel if you're driving.The hotel is brand new. The lobby is stylish, you're greeted by smiling staff and it feels like home. The rooms are brand new, you have access to everything you might need. They are modern, warm, cozy and with great views. Comfortable beds and very quiet rooms. Well isolated. The air conditioning works flawlessly, no extra sounds. Instant warm water, comfortable shower. The materials used are of high quality. Multiple choices for lighting in the room makes it easy to fit your mood. Definitely the highest possible value for money. Afshin welcomed us to the hotel and he has been a pleasure to have a conversation with and to build a friendship with. He has helped us navigating us to the best local restaurants and giving us tips regarding our stay in Istanbul, making sure to spend time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Truly a professional, intelligent and a good human being. Always there if you need him, with a smile on his face and a positive, friendly demeanor. The food has been fantastic. You get the feeling of home. It's tasty and a lot of it.All the staff has been tremendous in making our stay as perfect as it was. To summarize - this hotel allows you to recharge your batteries and comfortably call it your home while you're in Istanbul. The city is chaotic and it can be exhausting, so the best feeling you get is when you know that you will be going back to Ezkar at the end of day and you will be feeling like you're at home. Safe, comfortable and peaceful.Thank you. We will be back with friends.

There is absolutely nothing you can dislike in this hotel at the moment.

The breakfast was extremely lacking… They served whatever they wanted in terms of quantity and choices, without asking if you liked it or if you wanted an additional portion.The area where the hotel was located was a convenient spot.

Breakfast buffet and, of course, a private parking area—not leaving the car unattended on the street while they claim there is parking.

My family and I very like this lakeside hotel. The hotel is completely new. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help.We live in Istanbul and come here on weekends to walk in the park by the lake and take a break from our daily routine. This time, we booked a large studio with a lake view. We were a bit worried that the room might be cold because of its large size and big windows. The weather that day was cold and rainy. However, the air conditioning system warmed up the spacious room in just 10 minutes and all the time it was very comfortable to stay.We also really liked the new, bright TV – the picture quality was amazing. Breakfast was excellent. We had a great time and will definitely come back again!

There is no buffet at the hotel. They bring whatever they decide without even having the courtesy to ask if you like what they offer. The food was clearly catered to locals and not to citizens from other countries outside of Turkey.They could at least ask if there is something you would like to eat for breakfast.Additionally, there is no private/secured parking. You basically park on the street, usually next to the hotel

The rooms are spacious and clean, the hotel is situated in a quiet area. But a bit far from shopping malls, which might be inconvenient for some travelers.

The breakfast service. Unlike most hotels, there is no buffet or coffee machine, we’re served a pre-made dish, which takes over 40 minutes to arrive by rude and arrogant staff.

It is a quiet and tranquil place. It was during winter time. Friendly and helpful staff. There is parking space.

Great room, the hotel in general was very clean and nice. Also very quiet. The breakfast isn’t a buffet they serve to your table, but overall good. The view is also very nice.

Limited parking areas you have to park in the street where the hotel is located no designated parking areas.

Second time staying here with my partner we love it’s here very comfortable clean, staff very friendly and helpful definitely coming back.

If your visit to Istanbul is not the 1st and last, if you want to have a peaceful time without crowds of tourists, you should stay in this hotel. New hotel, large rooms with lake view. Very nice Turkish breakfast included with Turkish coffee. Helpful and kind staff, Halid at reception desk is very customer oriented.

A brand-new hotel on the lakeshore, with spacious rooms and caring staff. The hotel features a modern style, high-quality renovations, new rooms, and very reasonable prices. We live in a neighboring area and came here with the family to relax by the lake and stroll in the park. The breakfast seemed very generous to us. The hotel staff was very kind, and we were pleasantly surprised that some of them spoke Russian. We will definitely return here in the future.

Slow service for breakfast. 20 minute wait from seating to serving. Need more choices for breakfast. There is no coffee offered with breakfast.

I love the calm environment, and it is like 7 minutes walk away supermarket and ATM. There are restaurants by the seaside of the street. I was allowed to check in 3 hours early for no extra charges. The breakfast is too much for me.
