Aurora Eco Hotel

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sultanahmet, and just a few steps away from everything you might need.The place is a studio, not a hotel.The rooms are a good size and clean, and the bathroom is decent.Honestly, you get exactly what you pay for—don’t expect luxury hotel services.At the same time, don’t worry; you’re not being scammed or taken advantage of.If your goal is a nice place to sleep and enjoy your trip at a good price,I think you’ll be happy staying there

What I didn’t like is that there’s no kitchen or microwave—neither in the room nor in the property itself.So you’re literally forced to eat everything outside.I hope they provide a small kitchen or at least a microwave, so if you buy food from outside you can heat it up or prepare something quick.

The location is perfect, you can go anywhere just few minutes. The staffs in there all so nice, especially Osama. The room is so clean.

The location was great, near the T1 tram, and restaurants

My room was on the 4th floor according to my Booking.com reservation but the receptionists were nice and carried my luggage up and down.

This place doesn't worth the price at all. I thought I had paid already on booking but asked to pay again. Worse of it all they did not accept card payment , EXCEPT CASH. This must not be on booking at all. First time of using booking and ut was a bad experience.

The entire facility, especially the room. Absolutely nothing good to write home about.

Very good location. Comfortable and exceptionally good price for value. I will be staying here again if I am in istanbul. Check out at 12! And heated towel rack which was very nice! God bless the owners! And God bless you!

Great Budget Option for this location.

Host made several offers for organizing a taxi to the airport - offers ranged from way above (50€) the actual rate (25€) beforehand to a little above at the place (33€).

The cleanliness, friendly and respectful staff especially Kadir is a great host, the roof view is amazing

Rooms are too small for family

Good location, completely in the downtown.

Rooms are extremely small, provided pictures does not convey the real size of the rooms. Plenty of mold in the bathroom, loose faucets, leaking shower cabin, etc...

It’s fairly centrally located, close to the tram and very close to grand bazaar and the Sultan Ahmet touristic sites. Lots of nice eating places that are budget friendly as well as the more indulgent ones - all walking distance. The staff was very courteous and helpful from check in to check out. They accommodated my request for a first floor room due to my knee issue. And overall it was a fairy pleasant stay.

Nothing to dislike. It met our expectations.

The location was amazing, and the staff was unremarkable. It is a small inn with no elevator, but they are so efficient with every need that it makes things easier for you.

The street to hotel was quite steep

The stuff were good and helpful, the location was good near sultan Ahmet mosque, there was no elevator but if you can climb some stairs it is ok, the upper room had a great view but if you are in lower flats you can use the roof top balcony. It had a great view normal an sunrise.. there wasn’t refrigerator or breakfast but it was good for the price.

The location of the hotel is excellent. There is a grocery store, a coffee shop and a delicious inexpensive doner nearby. Very close to tourist places. The street is quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful. Bedding and towels are white and clean, the bed is comfortable. There is a kettle in the room, water and tea are free. I was pleased with my stay at this hotel.

Good location

No staff at reception. Nobody answered the phone. My prepaid room was sold to somebody else. I ended up staying in an unauthorized dirty room by taking a room key from someone checking out. It had all dirty towels, was full of trash, and had no toilet paper.

It was close to all the tourist sites. It was cheap

Hmm. Not the most clean and quite loud

The location of the room is amazing. Just one turn and you enter the central square of the city, close to all the main attractions, there are several supermarkets down the street, and there are also good cafes and restaurants nearby.

It was a tiny room, rather old and worn. The window was broken, so we could hear everything that was happening on the street. The windows overlook the school or kindergarten, be prepared for children's screams in the morning. The view from the window was of the grilles and the fire escape. The door to the room was barely closed, there was a huge gap, so you could see everything that was happening in the room. The audibility in the room is terrible. There is also a hard climb up the steep stairs to the room. There was no TV in the room, only wires. There was an escape door and a fire escape ladder behind the cabinet.

The location is perfect to reach Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. The Staff is very helpful and friendly no Monks just kind people. Thank you Zeynel and Muhammed.

If you are by car, this is definitely not the place to stay because this hotel does NOT OFFER FREE PARKING. The only parking alternatives are with Ispark for 1 hour 150 TL or some underground money making monsters that just rip you of for a parking space which they just block from the limited streets. AVOID. Here is my parking tip if you plan to remain anyhow: Ispark provides one hour of parking from 07 AM to 18 PM. After 18 PM, park there from 18 PM until 7 AM, and then proceed to the Little Hagia Sofia district, where there are many of parking options available during those morning hours for free. I considered parking in front of Keftelya Hotel for many hours and no problems at all.Check under the beds and if you notice dust please ask the staff to clean it up.
