The staff was delightful. the concierge was the best! The breakfast was complete and delicious. The bar view upstairs is amazing.

just a little too far from main tourist attractions, but always found taxi or Uber easy.

Minor, and could be not intentional, but the house keeping team did not replace the room amenities (drinking water and tea & coffee items) in the 2nd day of our stay. Also when requested extra powder milk on the 3rd day, we were asked to pay for it - was not expecting that from a 5-star hotel!!

Very helpful and professional staff - especially Ozkan & Mahmutcan.

The location is far from the city centre and main attractions and activities but has a nice view opposite the Golden Horn.

EVERYTHING & EVERYONE, Especially the group that welcomed me on my first day at the hotel, as soon as they knew I’m newly married they upgraded my room to suite & prepared sweet lovely cake, I would like to thank Murat for his extraordinary hospitality and help ( even on his off day still reaching & helping me ) I will not forget this experience & definitely I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know & If I had a chance to come to Istanbul I’m 100% coming again to this hotel,, thank you all for being a good part of my memories.

The jacuzzi room withe sea view was exceptional.

I twice emailed the property to notify them about my upcoming anniversary which was the reason I chose this hotel in the first place, I simply asked for any nice gesture that would be highly appreciated by my wife, but unfortunately they completely ignored my request.+Breakfast buffet needs major improvements.

Everything about my stay was excellent, especially the staff. I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to Kseniia, Okan, and Murad , they were exceptionally helpful, attentive, and cooperative throughout my visit. Their professionalism and warmth truly made my experience memorable. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Lazzoni Hotel from December 20 to December 24, 2025, booking two rooms, and our experience was excellent.The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very clean. The rooms are well equipped — everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. The spa area is a real highlight: there is a swimming pool, several types of baths (dry sauna, hammam, traditional Turkish bath), and everything is well maintained and relaxing. The gym is also very good, with treadmills, dumbbells, water, and all the basic equipment needed for a proper workout. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of choices, including fresh fruits, pastries and hot dishes, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences.What really made our stay special was the staff, who were exceptionally polite, professional, attentive, kind and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Ksenia, Aziz, Gökhan, Melek and Murat. Overall, the service level was outstanding, and you can really feel that the staff care about guests’ comfort.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Lazzoni Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. We would be happy to come back again.

Actually this is my 5th stay at the Lazzoni Hotel.I look forward to satying here as the services provided always meet my expectations, Room was spotless. Food was delicious,Staff were very professional, helpful and cheerful specially receptionist Mahmut and Gozde I would like to thank them for making our stay smooth.

The room was a bit dark.. would recommend to have a few extra lamps .
