Innova Sultanahmet Istanbul

Staff friendly, location

The price is right, good value. Staff is very hrlpful

The dinner in the restaurant is expensive and over cooked

The hotel and location was fine except the AC were not cooling properly and the rooms were really hot most of the time and the staff did not really provide full service . Example : if asked for water they would say we either say they are out or give 1-2 bottles of water and everything had to be asked for . Location is convenient , however they could work on providing better service and experience overall . The view is nice for breakfast and they could try adding more option in breakfast !

Staff was wonderful, amazing location and great rooms. The view from dining is stunning

Staff, room, location

The property was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. The rooftop restaurant was amazing. The breakfast was great and hospitality was amazing

I liked everything g about the property

The location is excellent! The room is spacious. The interiors look fresh, everything is clean. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is on the terrace with a magnificent view.

The breakfast isn't very varied, and if you want a cappuccino from the coffee machine, you have to pay extra. If you need an iron, you have to pay extra. The shampoo comes in very small paper containers. The lighting in the room is dim. There are no robes in the room. There are also no mugs, only paper cups.

Location, Location, Location Amazing Staff BreakfastCleanliness

Very disappointing stay. The faucet was leaking constantly, and the lighting in the room was so dim that it actually felt depressing to be in there. The overall atmosphere was dull and uncomfortable.

The faucet was leaking, the room was extremely hot, and even after requesting, no external fan was provided. The lighting was very dim, and there was constant noise from outside, making it hard to relax or sleep.

Room, Breakfast everything was great

The shuttle to the airport, you have to hire someone well educated

Perfect location, very kind and professional staff, great room. We loved the spa facility and staff. The breakfast was like a 5 star hotel, so clean and delicious, on the roof terrace with a sea view.

Absolutely impeccable! A very cozy, clean and pretty room. There was no rust, no mold, no weird smells. AC working, hot water came on instantly, big sized bed, comfortable mattress, daily room cleaning, water & instant coffee replaced daily. Situated in the best part of the most interesting area, close to everything. Helpful staff, but that's expected, of course. Professional and there 24/7. Stunning sea view with a big enough balcony for 2 people to enjoy a drink and a smoke. Ashtray on the balcony provided.

Zero complaints.

Hotel is closed to the center. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is restaurant 7 floor and view is excellent.

The breakfast is very simple with semi-finished product. For this hotel, I think that’s good to have choices for local hand made food- burek, guzleme, simit and Turkish coffee.

It was an amazing stay. Location is awsome . Its proximity to historical places and local market , makes it a good choice . Terrace restaurant for breakfast has a breathtaking view of the city with sea. Loved the hospitality . It’s a come and stay again place .

Location is very good, in the heart of the city. Also tram stop is nearby.A lot of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, grocery stores as well. The room was very nice and comfortable. It was quiet, comfortable for sleeping and resting.Great breakfast on the terrace with amazing view.Staff was very friendly and helped with everything.

Location, views, proximity to attractions

Carpet in room was stained and shower head was broken. Otherwise, large room, well stocked and large bathroom/shower, well stocked as well so I didn’t complain.

Location is fantastic. 3 mins walk to nearest Çemberlitas tram station. 5 mins walk to Grand Bazaar. Eateries nearby. Supermarket just round the corner. What else do you need. Most amazing thing for me is the breakfast. Amazing bread and pastries, all tasted so fresh.

They don't have a coffee machine or mugs in the room, so we ended up buying mugs from the nearby supermarket. They only provide papercups. Housecleaning didn't vaccuum our room eventhough it clearly needed one after we left food crumbs on the floor.

Lovely hotel - we stayed in a deluxe double - lovely view of the river - very large room. Breakfast very good on rooftop restaurant. Staff very friendly . Good location for blue mosque, Hagia Sophia etc.

Fabulous hotel. We had a double deluxe room and it was great value. We had a view of the Bosphorus Sea. It was warm, spacious and decorated really stylishly. The breakfast was also great. The breakfast room was bright and had a fabulous view. Food and service was outstanding. Great variety. Fresh fruit. Fresh honeycomb and the chef was making eggs as you like them. We had omelettes each morning. The waiters looked after us so well, refilling our coffee. All in all, this is a fab hotel in a great location. They even organised a takeaway for us from a local restaurant.

I loved everything

The Hotel and Staff are excellent , we have stayed at many a hotel and this one ranks as one of the best , we had a deluxe room which is a very good size , the bed was perfect and the choice of pillows is a very nice idea , the location is ideal as its walking distance from all the attractions and the T1 tram just a few minutes walk away if you want to see more of the city , the breakfast buffet is very good and above all the Staff are so helpful and friendly they make the place a excellent hotel .

Location, big very clean rooms, service, breakfast, staff politeness, view of the sea from room, room service.
