Location, friendly and helpful staff, great value

The location is excellent, 2 min from the tram stop and within walking distance of main sights (blue mosque, bazar, cistern...), staff were very friendly and helpful

We were given a different room than we booked but it got rectified and staff were very helpful

Loved the hospitality of the staff……felt like home…..very comfortable and a safe place to stay…… My mom, husband, my bro and my aunties loved the hotel and it was a perfect choice we made during our stay in Istanbul….The breakfast was more than perfect and the people working were like our family…..very friendly…..Thank you Tuanna, Zerena, Derena and Aziz for making our stay a memorable one….we all love you and keep up !

We truly loved our stay thanks to the amazing hotel staff who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. My family and I felt so well cared for.Waleed, Leyla, Yılmaz, Azirz, Zarina,Malik, Mahdi, Daria, and Tuwana – we’ll never forget you!The hotel has a charming, historic feel and is in a perfect location near shops, mosques, and the metro.Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety.The rooms are a bit small, but the balcony and the view of the mosque made up for it.

Breakfast is good but it's almost the same every day. Maybe it can be some different daily choice.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a tram station and easy to go to most touristy places like Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque and The Grand Bazaar. A clean hotel with wonderful employees. The ladies who served breakfast were very nice and attentive and also the gentleman at the front desk who upon request he changed our room with a bigger one. Like most hotels in that part of the city it’s not big and a little dated but it has character. Overall it offered a good experience and good value for the money.

The street on which the hotel is located is narrow and was hard to navigate for my elderly mother in law .

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—right in the center of Istanbul, close to major attractions and public transport. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The room service was quick and reliable. The reception team was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, and the restaurant staff were welcoming and attentive. Truly a great place to stay—would definitely come back!

Good hotel. The location is near the tram station and Grand Bazaar. The hotel is located in very convenience for travel in Istanbul and not in noisy area. Migros supermarket is only just 2 minutes by walk. The room is clean and well kept. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is good and delicious.

We checked în very early, even served breakfast on the house on the first day. The staff is very friendly, very helpful, they to their best whith attention to details. The location is perfect, the food was good, the terrace is very nice.

Lots of options for breakfast, helpful & friendly staff, luggage storage, quick check-in, room cleaned every day and proximity to restaurants, transport & points of interest. The beds were comfy, too. The breakfast dining area was nice & clean but we mainly had breakfast in our room. Pictures are a true likeness of property

They have stolen my hands phone Apple . They working in construction with pick hummer from 7 o’clock in the morning, Breakfast was very old felt like left overs…

This is the worst place . 1 January in the morning they starting to work with pick hummer. Smells cigarette every where. In 4 night and 5 days . I gave not see any one to come and clean my room …

cleanliness, location, breakfast, staff, reception, the lady manager was very supportive, they have a lift, shisha, good turkish coffee.TV in the room with a variety of channels, minibars. staff speak good arabic and good english in addition to turkish. Very suitable for families, this is my second time choosing this hotel and i will choose it again in the future.

the double room size was a bit small with a good street viewthe twin room size was accurate as in photos, but with a view to wall.sounds from the next rooms can be heard.More flexibility in cleaning time by cleaning personnel, was resolved when we talk to the gentle lady manager.i personally don't like minibars in the room and i like more the small fridges.
