Manager behaviour and response to each situational question.

Hotel is amazing brand new We checked in late Front desk gentleman and there was another staff Help us with parking Fred parking Do not get confused Two Ramada near by This one is Encore Ramada 18 minute 10 mile /18 km to airport Price was very good Room was clean Breakfast we did not have There was free breakfast 7 am to 10 am Friends have it they said very good

All good

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ramada Encore Istanbul. The hotel is clean, elegant, and offers a very comfortable atmosphere. The food is exceptionally delicious, and the staff are professional, welcoming, and make the entire experience feel effortless. Overall, I feel that this hotel stands out compared to other options in the area.

On the downside, I found the prices to be relatively high. In addition, Turkey is well known for its amazing baked goods, so I would have loved it if the hotel provided freshly baked pastries for breakfast and throughout the day.

It was an exceptional experience, great food, fabulous staff definitely will visit again

A little bit expensive

I stayed at this hotel for just one night, but it was such a wonderful experience! The entrance and the rooms were beautiful, and everything was spotless clean. The food and desserts were absolutely delicious. I especially appreciated the safe parking area for my car. Even though my stay was short, I truly felt at home. Everything was perfect , I would definitely love to come back!

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Location, great breakfast, kind staff

Given the wrong room- we booked 3 twin beds and were given one twin and one Queen, so two of us had to share a bed. The welcome letter by the bowl of fruit was addressed to a man, not us. We were too exhausted to go back to the lobby to ask for our correct room. The twin bed had sugar or salt in the sheets, not clean. The room was ground floor, facing east. The air conditioner barely tricked out cold air. We woke up to blazing sun hitting our drapes and the room was super hot. I woke up gasping for breath due to the heat. We had to prop the door open to the hallway to allow cool air into our room. We set up our own little handheld battery operated fans around and proceeded to get showered and dressed with the door to the hallway wide open. It was that hot.

everything

the guy at the fromt desk when we arrived did not provide any information about rooms , breakfast , he was busy with sometjing else and did not care about our artival. We enter in the elevator looking for our room and tje room was at the ground floor , we had to ho back to the front desk. Also, I booked 2 rooms he didn't advise which room had 2 beda and which had 1 bed even when I asked he just gave me the keys and didn't care. The lady with red hair in the morrning she was tbe opposite, she was very helpful and friendly.

It says indoor pool.. the pool has nothing to do with hotel, it's separate to the hotel and they charge. It should be clearer when booking

Great stay. professional service, very clean. I would def stay here again! Approx 15min from airport, use taxi drivers upstairs, drivers at bottom arrival are scammers.

If you organize taxi ride the cost is more, my advice to all use a driver from upstairs lot of airport.

we are regular at this hotel and one of the greatest thing about this hotel is staff. Special thanks to Rabia(frontdesk agent). She warmly welcomed and checked us. bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean. sometimes dental kit or slippers can be missing but if you call reception they provide them right away.

we skip breakfast bcuz it's not that good and fresh compare to our other stays.

Great location close to the airport, friendly, helpful staff. Very nice selection and wide variety of breakfast items. This hotel offers excellent value for money and we would not hesitate to stay again when travelling through.

There were no negative aspects, except it would be nice to have a gym facility.

I chose the hotel as I had an early flight from IST airport. It was only 15 minutes away by taxi. The staff was nice.

There was an issue with the a/c. The temperature in the room was very high, and the a/c wasn't working to cool the room.

The building is well designed. It has great facilities, and it is located in short distance to the airport.

The restaurant is not operating at late hours, and there are no other restaurants nearby. In short, we cannot get our dinner during our stay here.

Clean and close to the airport.Good value for its price The work of the reception and management is exceptional, many thanks to Okay Bey for help in solving of our problem

Close to airport, easy to find.Room service was wonderful. Even at 2 AM on New Years night they were working and served wonderfully made meals for us.All staff is very welcoming and helpful. Also - good value for money.

Breakfast was quite poor. Main issue we've had with lack of bathroom cleaning and constantly clogging shower.

location of hotel is close to main road from/to airport. new hotel, all facilities are in good condition

quite noisy due to road nerarby

The location , the exceptional staff, the delicious food and the facilities were perfect

I would prefer a mini bar service for more convenience stay

The breakfast and the location are good

The rooms are very small but modern

Close to the airport

The hotel is in a main road, isolation is very bad, and the room was so noisy that we were not able to sleep at all. The rooms start or be amortised and the bathroom was not very clean.

Good location in case you are in a long transfer, 10 min drive from the airport. Nice staff and good breakfast buffet. Room was comfortable. I stayed 2 times and will keep coming back.
