Rooms could have a little more light

Room was very big, comfortable and stylish. Spent many time there and felt like home.

I rented one bedroom appartment with kitchen. But all kitchenware, glasses, plates etc. were serviced upon request, it is more comfortable when you have everytihng stored in room.

The hotel was clean and well maintained.

The hotel was in a poor location next to a school, and from morning until evening there was constant noise from children playing.

I loved the cleanliness of the place, the warm welcome, and the helpful and respectful receptionist. The lobby was clean and elegantly furnished, and the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The availability of parking in the basement was excellent.

The baggage screening device at the hotel entrance is good from a security standpoint, but it's extremely annoying, especially if you're moving between the parking area and the lobby, and particularly when you're with your family and they have a lot of luggage. It's really inconvenient and inflexible.

Clean and conveniently located

Had a bad experience with a staff member walking into the room in the middle of the night and waking us up due to a miscommunication. Then received a call 10 minutes later explaining why it happened (waking me up again)Human error and it could have happened to anyone but managed to ruin an otherwise amazing experience

Dirty windows that spoiled the enjoyment of the beautiful view outside. On our last day, the room wasn’t cleaned, which was a bit unpleasant. The floors were cold — some rugs would make it cozier. The breakfast was rather modest

Hotel services and staff were amazing. Also it was very clean and smells great. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

I liked the following:Hotel is close to metro line. Room is clean and quiet. They added two beds to our apartment to accommodate our kids. Bellboys are helpful.

Breakfast experience was not good, staff act like they are helpful but in fact they were late to refill things we asked for, never clean the table unless we ask them to, and give wrong answer to our questions. Pool is not heated, we only swam for 15 minutes and kids go sick after that. Reception gave us one hour late check out, but i did not feel that they really wanted to help us.

Location, view and nearby area was good

All the furniture was squeaky. Noise from the connecting room. Poor cleaning.

The water pressure of bathroom shower was so low. Can’t enjoy showering!
