The room had bed bugs. Hot water runs out fast. Area hard to reach by taxi. Area is unsafe. Loud nightclub nearby.

Its location, sevice,cleanness and friendly staff.

The staff were welcoming and competent. The location was excellent and unique. Speaking of breakfast, it was nice compared to booking fee.

In-room service was a little weak for example they didn’t have brush kit.

It felt like good value and was in a very convenient and central location. The breakfast area also converts to a desi restaurant in the afternoons/evenings which was very nice. It has a basic kitchen.

The hotel is near an exceptionally noisy street. On Friday and Saturday nights, there is a club nearby that is extremely loud such that we couldn't sleep. If you are planning on staying over the weekend make sure to bring earplugs, since they are not provided.

I didn’t expect to find such a quiet hotel in such a popular part of Istanbul — it’s a real gem! The rooms are incredibly cozy with lovely design touches, and there’s even a kitchenette. I was too jetlagged to hit the gym, but visually it was also great. Next time I need to stay in central Istanbul, I’ll book this place again for sure.

To my taste, breakfast wasn't worth it. It was not a big deal, there are many great places around the hotel :)

It has a great location and good breakfast

I used to go to Nuru Ziya since 2013 and it was very clean, and this time it was not clean as i found a lot of bed insects in the room. But the staff was understanding and change to a better room.

The location is good.Everything was near us.Staff were realy friendly.

The shower had 2 heads, one normal and one big.The big one didnt work at all. We wanted a bed for 2 person, but we got 2 beds right next to each other, so there was always an annoying gap between the beds.The dishes were a bit dirty.The windows are not soundproof. So any small noise from hallway can be heared, and also every morning between 6-7 morning all the mosques bells start ringing and makes it hard to get a good sleep.But these are small problems and I would book it again.

Staff team are great. Property is uphill although location itself is nice. Wi-fi is impressive, room is not small and the aircon was powerful enough to keep things cool

Breakfast is "there's food and it's edible"-level. One of our mattresses was okay, the other one was a giant soft pillow. Whole property has a vibe of something that needs just a little improvement and attention to details and it'll be truly amazing 3-star venue. Now it's "good enough" level

It wasn't tidy, couch was almost dead, bed is too soft, and it was uncomfortable to sleep.

The property was ideal for what we were looking for and the fitness centre had the basics, which worked for us (treadmill, elliptical, and weights). The breakfast was great!! The menemen was some of the best we've had. I have seen many people's comments about the breakfast, and really - we stayed at a few places throughout our trip to Turkiye (over a course of a month wee traveled throughout various areas in Turkiye), the breakfast really was some of the best options we've had. I also don't understand why people complained that breakfast was not included for them, and that they even wanted lunch options. It's your own responsibility to check what accommodation has to offer and what costs are additionally and or included or not included - it's not the accommodations fault. Our breakfast was included (that's what we selected) and there were no issues at all. The accommodation is in between Taksim and Sishane Metros, and navigating that is easy. We arrived and departed by private transfer, as we've found that works best in Istanbul whenever we're here. We definitely recommend the accommodation, we had a superior suite and were very happy. Noise wasn't much of an issue, most noise heard from time to time is from other guests who are not respectful in the passages when it comes to noise.

The suite was nice, but it does need a bit of updating, some furniture, etc. is a bit worn/stained - but this is expected for usage over time (some items on the photos were not in the suite, like the coffee pods machine), there was also no coffee or tea set out, which nowadays comes standard in most places, but that's ok - we went and bought some ourselves. Also if there's a TV with local satellite channels, some sort of channel guide would be great - especially as most channels were Turkish, indicate which ones are English perhaps.

In general, we liked the hotel. It has a great location—just a few meters from the main street with lots of cafés and shops. It's situated on a quiet street, so there was no noise at night. The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and the room was spacious, with a kitchen and everything you need for cooking. Just a few minutes' walk to public transport.

The rooms are a bit old

The location is great if you want to be close to all the buzz. The streets are a bit steep to walk. Also the rooms seem to be away from the bars with the loud music.

The first day I complained about the loud music from an adjacent apartment and the reception didn't do much to solve the situation, they just told me "Sorry it's not from us"

Actually, nothing. We had to change three rooms, because: the first one had problems with the sewage and pipes (the structure knew it, but decided to give us the camera as well); the second one was extremely loudy (we could hear conversations of people sitting at the bar in front of the room, and also in this case the structure confirmed me in the past other guests complained, so they knew it also this time); the third one also had issues (the floor of the partment above was in old wood, so we could clearly hear every step). EVERY room had a specific issue. This is a TOTAL SCAM, I would never ever come back neither suggest anyone going here. I asked for a refund since I paid for the suites, and we received nothing; only booking gave us back a credit of 10%.

It was a complete scam. Avoid it; if you don’t believe me, you can see I dis other trips in the past and never had issues like this before.

The hotel itself was nice, and the staff were polite and welcoming, just as during my previous visit; which encouraged me to return this time. The rooms remained clean and comfortable. The only notable change from my last stay was that breakfast was no longer provided, which was a bit disappointing. Apart from this, my experience was positive, and I appreciated the overall hospitality.

My room has been upgraded when I arrived . Very good equipment of the apartment, comfortable bed, great location, very delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!
