The best pelin. Thank you so much for upgrade our stay to the most amazing room with balconey. Everyting was perfect I will come back again for sure to rixos istanbul.

We faced a little incident with the housekeeping team they went inside while we were sleeping but once we told ms. Pelin she immediately apologized and acted professionally.

Night Dining was so expensive

The design of the hotel is beautiful, everything is clean, and the breakfasts are excellent.

Unfortunately, there were several serious downsides. There is no swimming pool or sauna, which was disappointing, as I came with my children mainly for the spa. ??‍♂️Another issue was that my children were given a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Also, there were guests with a dog staying in the neighboring room. We have allergies and thought this hotel was pet-free.Overall, this experience was disappointing, and we will not be returning to this hotel.

The location was great ... but what really was special the staff in the hotel specially Sofya she was professional and very helpful.The Breakfast was great I recommend to book with breakfast.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a modern and elegant design that reflects luxury and comfort. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of the staff, who made the stay feel special from start to finish.

Honestly, nothing significant. The experience was very pleasant overall and met my expectations.

We would like to see more restaurants and cafes like MADO

Modern, Clean rooms with good sizs, View, Complementary Boat trips, Staff at the reception, concierge, door man.. Josephine restaurant has Amazing view, food & service especially for late Breakfast ! The surrounding cafes, restaurants & shopping mall is a big advantage !

room lighting & air-condition was ok but not perfect. No welcome amenities at all such as juice, fruit, chocolate.. etc.

Great stay and a really pleasant experience.The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We did face two small issues during our stay, but both were resolved very quickly and without any hesitation, which we really appreciated.Special thanks to Kubra for her kindness and professionalism, and to Mohammed who was very helpful and in touch with us. Their great attitude truly made our stay better.Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

The facilities are fantastic, everything you need is in there. The restaurants are out of the world, they even got free trips to karakoy. Everything was wonderful. The staff were very friendly, especially Kubra, she was very detailed before giving us any service. They gave us a surprise for our anniversary. They gave us free breakfast.

He was extremely helpful, polite, and attentive, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is excellent—very clean, well-organized, and offers a high level of hospitality. I truly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Only the decoration and view is nice

The heating is very bad, we froze. The traffic, in and out is also very bad

I would like to recommend Rixos Tersane Istanbul Hotel positively, especially for the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of high-quality options catering to different tastes. The food was fresh, well presented, and consistently replenished, making the breakfast experience enjoyable. The hotel’s location is another strong point, as it is perfectly situated in front of the new mall with many well-known branded shops, adding great convenience for shopping and dining. In addition, the staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional, with special thanks to Aya for her outstanding support and warm hospitality, which truly enhanced the overall experience. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying stay that reflects the high standards of the Rixos brand.

While the overall stay was enjoyable, there were a few points that could be improved. The air conditioning in the room was too warm and did not allow manual temperature control, and unfortunately even the maintenance team was unable to fully resolve the issue. Additionally, the room was facing the street, and some outside noise was noticeable, especially during the night, which affected comfort at times.
