The service was exceptional, especially the young gentleman at the front named Mohammad Ali was very helpful and courteous in all ways. The location of the property is perfect too.

The place definitely needs remodeling, the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom had many unworkable things. The cleaning crew kept the place cleaned but mostly it’s all old and broken.

I loved the terrace and the amazing view of the Marmara sea,plus the fact that it was in a quiet neibourghood ,but close in the same time to the centre , 5 min walk to Blue Mosque and other attractions is great ! I must appreciate the very friendly and helpful staff and the fact that there were 2 stores in an area of 100 m around.

The building is an old one , it needs improvements for sure. Small space for breakfeast and same food every day it needs variation.No insects net in the terrace door and because of the wind some rubbish from the terrace entered the house, no roof to the terrace. The tv was not working, but it didn t bother me,i had my ipad. Also one light from the bathroom was broken and the shower was clogged, meaning that everytime i showered water gathered like in a pool..it must be unclogged for sure. Rooms need to be refreshen also. One store near the accomodation scammed me ,charging double the amount of the products bought from my card, fact discovered later from my account because i did not pay attention in that moment. Beware of scammers..

The lift was so helpful specially for my parents, the breakfast variety was good. The room has the seaview which is nice. The staff were respectful and attentive. The cleaning service was great.

The staff was so helpful- carrying luggage to room and walking to show us where to park. Hotel is so very close to sights. Very walkable. Comfy bed and hot shower. AC worked great. Room darkening shades let us take an afternoon nap after shopping.

Small room but great value.

Can't find better location than that - less than 5' walk from the Sultanahmet square!!! Very quiet and very safe!Due to the fact that there was a governmental facility almost next to the hotel, there were policemen guarding the area 24/7!!!The room was clean and decently spacious.Kudos to the lady responsible for the cleaning!The breakfast was simple, yet fulfilling!And special mention to our two receptionists, Arif and Muhammadali, who were very helpful and polite at all times!Highly recommended!

We would like to suggest to the owner to replace the A/C units because they are quite old and a bit noisy...

Clean beautiful place with a terrace in my room. Bed was so cozy, clean crisp sheets, and quiet. I would stay again! The reception guy from Sudan was the most kind warm person! I had to fly out too early to enjoy the breakfast they offer so he made a to go bag of healthy food to take with me. I was solo traveling and he made me feel very comfortable and safe. He had to come in my room to help me adjust the heater. He was very responsive to my questions and I ended up engaging him in a few minutes conversation and found him a very kind interesting person.

The hotel is situated in the centre, quite close to the main attractions.Breakfast was quite OK for Turkey.

The breakfast room was little and dark.Wifi didn't work on the balcony.The room was a bit old and there was lots of dust near the bed.

Economy rooms are very small for a family.

The room was very clean. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming. Anything we needed that they could help with, they did. I felt that they were very accommodating. The breakfast was very delicious. The location was excellent. I wish that I could have extended my trip longer.

Such a wonderful small hotel at a very central location. Ziya was extremely kind and helpful throughout our journey, giving us tips on where to go and what to do. We felt really welcome and he made everything as easy as possible for us. Great quality, esepcially for such a small price. Definitely recommended!
