Ikiz Konak Boutique Hotel

Great location in Kadikoy, near the ferry, light rail and bus stations. Also close to the market with many restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was very good. The hotel is close to many restaurants, ferry and public transportation. The neighborhood is very safe. Staff is very polite.

Loved everything! The breakfast was exquisite, authentic and also made with love, great attention to detail. The room was really beautiful and also homey. The neighborhood is calm but fun, great mix of coffee houses, bars and restaurants, and old fashioned teahouses. Above all the staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make you feel special and cared for. I was always happy coming back to my room at night.

Nothing! Everything was wonderful.

Property was less than a 10 minute walk from Kadikoy ferry. Entering the hotel was like entering a quiet sanctuary. Our room faced the back and was a great reprieve from the busy streets of Istanbul. Interior of hotel and our room was finished in pine and we loved walking into that fresh pine smell. We also had a small porch which faced the sunrise so it felt nice and warm in the morning.

The only negative was the shower never reached a hot temperature for me.

It felt like our own little apartment in the charming neighborhood of Kadikoy. Very clean, spacious, and a cute little pop out patio with a view of the water.

Great place in Kadaköy! Staff was super helpful, the coffee was great downstairs, and the upper room with the balcony was perfect for sunsets.

It was a beautiful, cozy space tucked away in a quiet Istanbul street! The staff was very welcoming and always offered us tea or coffee while we were sitting outside in the lovely, sunny private courtyard . Definitely the quietest place we stayed in the city.

the economy rooms are in the basement and less nice, but still clean!

Great location in Kadıköy near the ferry terminal, comfortable beds, the garden, çay, very kind and welcoming staff.

It can be a bit noisy on the street side of the hotel, but the garden side is peaceful.

Clean hotel only a short walk from the ferry terminal. Friendly staff, complimentary biscuits and water. Clean hotel.

Room was near the garden so at night if people were in there talking i struggled to sleep.

The owners and staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. First visit to Istanbul so we weren’t sure where to stay. After travelling all over the city (and beyond) we definitely chose well in Kadiköy and even better in ikiz Konak. It’s only about 10 minutes walk from the Kadiköy ferry terminal and from there it’s easy to travel anywhere from there. Only 10-15 mins walk from train stations too. The room was spotless and well finished. It was also quiet considering you were close to the centre of Kadiköy. Fantastic

If you're sensitive to sounds typically in older wooden buildings, then it might not be the place for you. Though it was super quiet at night (even on the weekend during a busy holiday season)

The economy room is on the basement floor, you can hear every step from the room above you and all the talks and TV from there, signs of mold in the bathroom.

Wonderful quiet location. Very close to ferry transport and food, never too busy on the street. The room was exactly as pictured in their photos, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with every request.

Very friendly and flexible staff, and a real nice and clean hotel. We had a spacious room on the interior side, which was very calm, but the hotel is in a calm street anyways. There is also a common garden and kitchen where coffee and tea are non-stop available. Public transport (metro, boat) to move around in the city is close-by and excellent location to enjoy Moda.

The only thing I can think of is that the bathroom is on the small side (although it does not bother that much as it is modern, and leaves the room with more space).
