Mula Hotel

Staff was unbelievable. Extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful navigating the city. Thanks to hotel employees for all your help and making the trip an enjoyable one.

Excellent Seaview, close proximity/ walking distance to Sultanahmet Square & all major Istanbul attractions. Local restaurants close to the hotel are a must to experience Turkish hospitality & cuisine. Hotel staff from reception, guest relations, concierge and restaurant were friendly, service orientated & always smiling. Breakfast was excellent, great continental food selection, eggs to order, fresh breads & pastries, varied coffee & tea selections. Dinner at the restaurant also recommended.

Understandably - hotel upgrade & building renovations are completed in the Winter season … construction noise detracted from the peaceful environ of the hotel.

New and clean rooms. Super comfortable beds and high quality toiletries. Great view through the windows towards the sea. Dinner we ordered to the room was very delicious and staff in general was welcoming and very responsive.

The breakfast was quite disappointing (especially after the wonderful dinner we had in the hotel). There was decent selection but the food wasn't particularly tasty, the menu options looked a bit sad as well.Toilets should have toilet brushes.. ?‍♂️

- Not a 5* hotel by an my definition. Does not have any of the amenities or facilities you would expect from a 5*. - room categories extremely misleading: booked a 2 bedroom suite which turned out to be a single bedroom with a bed in the common area (literally in the entrance of the room), meaning there is no privacy. Explained this to front desk but they couldn’t understand and didn’t care.- no elevator / lift to my room. Had to carry suitcases up a narrow external staircase.- strong smell of mould in the bedroom. - AC didn’t work properly.

An absolutely wonderful hotel – elegant, spotless, and perfectly located. The staff were extremely kind and professional, making the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The breakfast was truly outstanding, a genuine five-star experience

Everything was great! super clean, friendly staff, great location.

The soundproofing in the hotel room was very poor. I could clearly hear people passing by the door with their suitcases, talking in the hallway, as well as conversations and children crying in the neighboring room, which made it very difficult for me to rest properly.In addition, the air conditioning in my room appears to be set on a timer. During my first few nights, there was no warm air in the room at night, and I felt very cold. When I reported this to the front desk in the morning, they temporarily adjusted the air conditioning to 31°C. After that, the staff responded rather impatiently, telling me that the room temperature was now 27°C. When I asked what would happen at night, the front desk replied in an unfriendly tone that I could call “0” from the room if I had any issues.Overall, I do not feel that the hotel’s facilities or level of service meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel, nor do they justify the price charged.

Staff was beyond amazing and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and perfectly located. WIthin walking distance of everything, yet slightly away to allow peace while sleeping

The only downside is that the rooms have only 1 bed with the option of bringing in a roll in additional bed. It's not really a problem per se, but would have loved there two be 2 beds already in the room

Great stay at Mula Hotel. The hotel is excellent, with very polite and professional staff. The location is perfect, close to Hagia Sophia and Sultan Ahmed Mosque. Special thanks to Naz, Ahmed, and Ibrahim for their outstanding service. Highly recommended.

Its a brand new hotel with a very friendly and efficient staff. The rooms are very neat and comfortable. Its walking distance to blue mosque, haya sofia and araasta bazaar. We came back to stay at this place again and it is highly recommended.

My stay at the hotel was comfortable, with clean rooms and good amenities. The staff were courteous, attentive, and made the experience pleasant.Overall, a satisfying stay.. I would happily visit again.

Location is close to the center and has a view to the see, the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly, the breakfast is excellent both food and place

We kept the balcony door open once and the room was full of flies, however, we were able to remove them easily. I didn’t like that we were requested to leave a deposit but this is the hotel policy and I accepted it
