Too many to name! * Personnel were very helpful, going truly above and beyond multiple times * Rooms were clean, well-stocked, silent, and modern * Free breakfast was exceptional in variety and quality * Very close to Cemberlitas T1 stop

We had a great experience, but a necessary caveat: Location may be difficult for mobility-challenged people - requires being able to climb a bit. Not uncommon given the geography of Sultanahmet.

Location and friendly staff

The room was too hot and for some reason they couldn’t do anything about it

The location was perfect for seeing the sites of Istanbul. The breakfast was a great mixture of cultural cuisine. Some of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. And the rooms were a good size to accommodate our luggage.

The manager on duty wouldn't allow us to have our keys to our rooms until he sat us down and questioned us about our plans while we were there. He was very condescending and pushy - even asking if I could cancel our previously booked sightseeing tour b/c he could give us a better deal.

The staff were wonderful, our room was elegant and spacious, water pressure was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable! They organized a great private transfer within 30 minutes.

The pillows could have been softer, and the sheets/towels softer. There was also no lotion or tissues in the room. To be fair, we never asked for different pillows, lotion or tissues.

What impressed me most was the staff. They couldn't have been more friendly and helpful...truly exemplified the meaning of hospitality. They recommended two, highly efficient and knowledgeable guides for our tours and also arranged transfers. Highly recommend this hotel!

I was expecting breakfast in a hotel in Istanbul to have more variety

Location of the hotel is very good. Staff is amazing, very helpful, very prompt, very good services. They help us with transfer from airport, with restaurants, with everything we need. Breakfast is generous with a lot of types of food. They have also a very nice terrace in the last floor of the hotel, from where you can see a beautiful view.

The spa is not included in hotel rate. You have to pay extra if you want to use sauna or hammam.

Very clean and staff were quick to address our requests especially getting us a discounted taxi.

The staff were genuinely so welcoming and always checked in on us. Hotel is Right in the center of everything we wanted to see and do, great restaurants around the area and very lively. Felt really safe.

Central location

Breakfast wasn’t what expected for a 4 star hotel and the drinks in the rooftop bar were very expensive.

The location is great. We could walk everywhere! The hotel's personnel were wonderful, especially Selman at the front desk. He was kind and courteous. He helped book our tours, transfers and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Most of all he made us feel at home. The hotel offers a great and abundant fresh breakfast. The room was very comfortable.

Location is great, nice staff and terrace rooftop also small gym.

Loved everything

Everything was reasonably priced, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. At the moment I stepped out of the car someone asked if they could take my luggage up to my room for me, they offered me tea, everything was clean every day, the clean cleaning lady was very nice too! The breakfast in the morning is definitely sufficient and I would 100% stay in this hotel again

it is on an uphill road, so if you're in a wheelchair, it might be difficult. But it's very well located if you want to stay in the old town.

Everything was great, and what is most important that staff very responsible and ready to help, it shows that it is important for them reputation of the hotel. The location is very comfortable for seeing most of the attractions without car or public transport.Can only recommend.
