Aristocrat Hotel

- location was great - clean place

- TV did not work. No one could get it working - small room but small price¿

The property is in a great location, and the staff—especially Rohat and Ahmet—were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was excellent as well. We will definitely visit again.

Friendly and helpful staff, amazing location, great breakfast buffet, amazing view of the Blue Mosque, clean... fantastic hotel.

Close to the landmark. Walking distance. Update rooms and building

Size of the room too small and the roof top restaurant for breakfast it’s ok but if you traveling with a senior person most likely can not go up there to eat because they need to use stairs

The location is perfect - right next to the Blue Mosque. Very easy to walk around Sultanhamet

The location is the best without any doubt.

The provision of amenities wasn’t there. No dental kit, etc, which was a shock for me because the prices are higher than any 5 star brands.

Best breakfast buffet that we had in our two weeks traveling around Turkey with a great view. Amazing location close to everything. Staff was absolutely fantastic. AC worked great.

It was very close with famous tourist destinations, like topkapi palace and basillica ciatern.

The building was quite small and compact but overall it was still very nice

The staff was excellent especially Rohut at the front desk. ?. The location is perfect because it's very close to the main attractions yet quiet. Highly recommend this hotel.

A Great place to enjoy the beauty of the Old City of Istanbul.

I gave it an 8 mainly because of the friendly staff and the great location. However, we had some issues with the rooms the hotel assigned us. At first, there was a constant noise coming from the air conditioning, and after two nights the hotel changed our room. Unfortunately, the new room had lighting problems that made our stay less comfortable. We stayed for five nights, and in a city where you walk a lot, getting a good night’s sleep is essential — something we didn’t quite have. The breakfast is ok .

The rooms need some maintenance to ensure a comfortable stay. The air conditioning system should be fixed, and the lighting issues inside the room need improvement, as they made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Fabulous boutique hotel in a great location, close to famous mosques. Breakfast buffet included was better than expected with incredible view. Room looks just like pictures. Staff was very helpful.

The room had a slightly musty odor but not bad enough to move to another room. Family suite is spacious with balcony. The view of mosque is partially blocked by tree as in the picture. Be ready for a few stairs.

Service, location, breakfast….everything/ very professional.

Fantastic location- perfect for a first visit to Istanbul, lots of options for breakfast with a great view and comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and attentive

The shower was a bit hard to work out at first but fine one you understand it!

Everything was great. The place is in the heart of the centre. The breakfast is very well prepared every day, there are a good variety of choices, the view is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. The room was comfortable as expected. The price-value is good too.

The location was within walking distance of major attractions such as Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar.

Excellent location. The hotel is within 5 to 10 minutes from many beautiful and fun attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia Mosque, Basilica Cistern, the Grand Bazaar, etc. the surrounding is clean, safe. The guest service is excellent. Mr. Rohat Gunacti is particularly commendable. He is knowledgeable and happy to arrange everything detail and really has guests’ interest, comfort and convenience in mind.

Nothing that I can think of.

Place is very clean and walking distance to attractions like Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Palace etc.Rohat, the front dest is very nice and helpful. He did arrange for transport which saved us a lot of money. He also arranged a walking tour. Before we left, Rohat also helped us arrange our ride to the cruise terminal who took is to different places and churches before dropping us off. Breakfast is excellent.

Great location and friendly staff.

Small rooms that could use some better sound proofing. The breakfast was also very underwhelming.

The staff is courteous and friendly. They went out of their way to help. The location is exceptional, near lots of restaurants and the most important historical sites. The breakfast at the rooftop terrace (with excellent views) was superb. Beware, the elevator does not reach the terrace and one has to walk two flights to reach it.

The air conditioner did not work in the entire hotel. Because it was a holiday weekend they could not get a technician in to fix it. The staff brought a fan at our request but it was still so hot, sleep was difficult.

This is my second time at Aristocrat Hotel. They serve breakfast at this wonderful terrace. The breakfast is excellent , rooms are pretty good and clean.Very good location , 3 minutes walking distance to major attractions. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

Nothing really
