room was small; there was a lot of toilet smell coming from somewhere; old and outdated

The location was bad. car access to and from the hotel was very limited. Room service was poor as well as cleanliness. the price was very high compared to services.

-Staff very helpful and accommodating. -Location of the hotel close to all the main sightseeing. -Very good breakfast with a nice variety of items daily.

The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was really nice and location was really nice.

Amazing hotel! Great location, super close and central to the sites, nice staff and clean amenities. Breakfast buffet was also great. Highly recommend.

The room was next to the emergency/worker’s stairs in a thpe of mezzanine room and at 3 am they were opening and closing the door.

Very low ceiling in Bathroom, my head almost hit, wash sinks are at knee level as if it was made for children, shower doesn't work properly, Zero toiletries provided, breakfast buffet was poor..

Breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean, front of staff we friendly.

Not enough electrical outlets in the room to charge all devices at the same time.

I booked it from US based on reviews. First the positives: good breakfast spread and wonderful staff. Location was fair.

The bed was poor quality, uncomfortable. The hallway into the room was very small and dark.

Small rooms and no privacy for the bathrooms

we were a group of friends travelled to Istanbul for leisure, upon our request for a bigger room to enjoy our stay, the staff helped allocate a room with a terrace, which elevated our experience to a different level. Exceptional service

Ramada hotel by Wyndham is a good hotel at prime location but rooms are small. Breakfast is western. Location is near Aksaray Tram station so you can cover maximum distance with tram.

Rooms are very small. During summers Some time in room you will feel hot just open the window to balance the temperature because outside fresh air is cold.

Good location next to tram and metro , excellent breakfast and great value for money

Lack of facilities

Overall, a good hotel, rooms are soundproofed, it seems like.

The bathroom is separated from the room with a glass door, and it also has some visibility angles that allow you to see through - not very convenient, it should have proper doors.The water outlet is so short that you can barely wash your hands without rubbing the sink.The coffee machine at breakfast is a joke - it serves instant Nescafe shots, which is too low for this level of hotel and brand.
