Excellent Service, friendly staff. GREAT location, in the middle of all the action! The view from the balcony was the best view Ive had of Istanbul!

They could do a little better with the upkeep and celanliness.

Location was in the heart of the city, everything is just there.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the service. From check-in to check-out, the staff was professional, welcoming, and always eager to help. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ajman, who assisted me with everything and made my experience as a tourist and guest truly comfortable.The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. Every interaction felt thoughtful and genuinely hospitable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant experience.

The location of the hotel were very nice it is located near the tramway station 1 minute walk..the staff were very kindful and helpful especially ümit in the reception and Omer

Even the hotel has been there for a number of years it looked modern

Our package included breakfast. However if we wanted our eggs to be done differently there was an extra charge. We stayed at other hotels which this was offered free of charge

Breakfast was good but not all days. We have stayed 6 nights the breakfast was reasonable. Cleanliness was better and staff was co-operative. I prefer to stay in old city and location wise it is perfect major attractions are in walking distance.

I have booked taxi through hotel, from hotel to airport. I was having couple of bags and a hand bag. For the family of four having two kids yellow taxi was enough. Hence taxi was booked from the hotel, so fare was told me before but taxi driver over charged 300 Turkish Lira once journey finished which was very unfair.

The staff were welcoming, the place was clean, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is in the heart of the historical district, close to the sea, the Marmaray station, and the tram line. There are also lovely shopping, dining, and nightlife areas right behind the hotel.

Breakfast is very simple

Very convenient location. Walking distance to all main attractions and transportation hubs. Friendly staff and cooperative specially Anas at the front desk, he was extremely helpful. Good breakfast.

One side of the bed sloped down a bit, and it was a little noisy in the evenings as our room was just across from an outdoor restaurant, if you are sensitive to noise. We slept fine so it was not a problem for us.

Noise, noise, noise all day and night we stay 3 nights in the hotel and I can’t sleep even one night, because the noise from the next room, people in and out from the next room all night and making a lot of noise. Terrible.
