Out of no where, service

The place was clean, the staff very helpful, with good Wi-Fi and a nice breakfast.

The only downside is that you can hear people from the other rooms.

There wasn't a hand shower in the bathroom.

The building itself is huge, and the staff clearly do their best – great job to them. The breakfast is very good. There's a large parking lot, which was very convenient for us since we arrived late at night by car. If you're traveling by car, it's definitely a good choice.

However, the building needs renovation, as the exterior walls are worn in some areas.

Actually I didn't been there because my second reservation for 3 persons wasn't in their e mail history they wanted much more money for our accommodation there. It was expensive for me and I suggest to my uncle's that they stay in hotel.It was difficult to find new accomodation in Istanbul because booking.com doesn't function in Turkey. I find dorm in Nostalji hostel in Taxim for me rate of these hostel is 5, Eser hotel 7-8 it's just my assumptionThank you

regarding the paid price … i consider myself one who stayed at a motel to spend the night

swimming pools were closed indoor pool was dirty and you could see green mold at the edges breakfast is very simple cleaning is an issue here .. i spent 4 night not once they vacuumed the room.. and once i had to push the bed to get my son’s toy out .. my jaw dropped seeing dirt and papers and trash under dust wasn’t mopped off surfaces as well it’s a nasty place

Room size, restaurant food selection, good staff

Is in middle of nowhere so need a car to get to the closest shop. Aqua park was meant to be open but was not. Did not have bomonti beer but advertised they do. Surely a hotel as big as this would have more than one kind of beer.

The security guy at the door, the receptionist, the ladies in the spa to the cleaning ladies - they all welcomed us with a smile on their face. Especially the guest relations manager Mariam does her job very well.The hotel is big and spacious. Our room was also nice and clean and smelled nicely.We liked the spa area too. The huge outdoor waterpark is being renovated at the moment, so we couldn't swim outside but we will come back soon. It's almost finished and looks stunning. Nice and clean.The hotel itself is not brandnew anymore, you can tell that it's best days are over but as far as I could see they are constantly renovating.We will definitely come back, so I would recommend this hotel.

You need a car. There is basically nothing closeby, no supermarket, nothing.

Value for money, spaciour room, quiet location.

The staff is very cooperative. manager of the hotel is very professional and down to earth.

Fresh air, away from istanbul rush.

Clean and tidy room.Excellent facilities and welcoming staff. Friendly attitude towards the guests. We will definitely visit the hotel again.

It's the night.

FOOD DISGUSTING. MADE-UP FIVE STARS. YOU DON'T WORK INDOOR POOL AND SAUNA. AND IT'S CALLED A SPA HOTEL.

OK for sleeping but no more.

Grandiose looking building, but looks were deceiving. Breakfast was ok, but not great. The waiters had no clue about their job. Had to call on the clerk at the reception desk to be able to check in. Not expensive but better hotels abound.

This is really good hotel for it's price. Nice big rooms, big swimming pool, nice gym. They did bring me free food, thank you. Free parking with security.

The outdoor and indoor facilities were okay.

The location is not close to anywhere, and booking taxi’s via the front desk is a nightmare. We had to change rooms due to a smell of sewage, however they could not do this until 5 nights in as they were overbooked, so we had to endure this the entire trip (almost) and we were not offered any compensation other than a fruit bowl for this! Which for 6 nights is completely unacceptable. the hotels food (especially breakfast) was terrible, it was cold and made a few friends very ill. The water at the slides was bright green and looked filthy. The buffet was expensive for what was provided, it was a very limited menu which was often cold or un appetising. The WIFI does not work anywhere in the hotel. Our rooms were often left without a bed sheet. Upon asking for a room change, we were told they would for a ‘ten star review’ as compromise.

Myself and my partner stayed here for an event my daughter was in. We were booked for 9 nights , after her event on the 4 th day we checked out. We found the staff at the reception very rude and unhelpful, very very poor wifi and food. Bar staff didn’t even know how to open a bottle of wine which my partner had to show him. There is very little around this place so if your looking for shopping , Youl be disappointed and nice restaurants are limited to just a few. There pool area was lovely , however loud music was played daily so you don’t relax and get to read that book . Pool bar serves beer and soft drinks only and small menu of burger , chips or pizza. On a good note our Taxi we got from Esser Diamond Hotel into Istanbul was very good trough the Hotel. The Taxi man walked us to the door of our 2nd Hotel as it was up a back street we would never have found to make sure we arrived safe , all the time coresponding with the gent back at the Esser Diamond Hotel.
